背景技术
发泡印花又称立体印花，印制后可在基质上获得立体浮雕花纹，并可用于服装、装饰品、墙纸、艺术品，盲文点等。早期的发泡印花采用化学发泡剂，把它和热塑性树脂，增稠剂等配成发泡印花浆后印制在基质上，通过高温焙烘，使发泡剂分解产生气体，在热塑性树脂膜中形成微泡。
立体印花自70年代起先后在美国、日本等一些发达国家开发成功，并进入工业化生产。这种印花突破了传统平面印花而具有类似贴花、植绒和刺绣般的立体效果。立体印花可广泛用于各类织物、服装及装饰品，还可用于艺术制品、建筑装潢材料与印刷制品等。
无纺布由包括化学纤维和植物纤维等在以水或空气作为悬浮介质的条件下在湿法或干法抄纸机上制成，是新一代环保材料，具有强力好、透气防水、环保、柔韧、无毒无味，且价格便宜等优点。
