本实用新型涉及一种挡沙三通。
背景技术
在原油工业中,很多时候会碰到压力大、流速大和含沙的工况。很多管路在长时间大流速的沙粒的冲刷后壁厚截面受损,尤其是在三通区域,再加上原油本身的腐蚀性,使该处的机械强度下降,最终导致管路的使用寿命大打折扣。
现在的各种标准三通的思路是为了节省材料,满足没有大流量冲刷的工况,所以不能用在这种石油工业的工况中。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能用在石油工业工况中的挡沙三通。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是提供了一种双相钢挡沙三通,包括由双相钢制成的管体,其特征在于,在管体外设有缓冲层,在管体的受冲击面上设有圆锥形缓冲层。
进一步,在所述圆锥形缓冲层的受冲击面上设有第一耐磨钨合金堆焊面。
在所述管体的内壁上设有第二耐磨钨合金堆焊面。
本实用新型的优点是:增强了多通的耐磨性能,使得该多通能用在石油工业工况中。

以下结合实施例来具体说明本实用新型。
实施例
如图1所示,为本实用新型提供的一种双相钢挡沙三通,包括由双相钢制成的管体1,在管体1外设有缓冲层2,在管体1的受冲击面上设有圆锥形缓冲层3,在所述圆锥形缓冲层3的受冲击面上设有第一耐磨钨合金堆焊面4,在所述管体1的内壁上设有第二耐磨钨合金堆焊面5。
在沙粒冲刷的地方设计一个缓冲层2。缓冲层2越厚越好,但是越厚,生产成本越高。从流体力学的角度出发,由于受到管壁的影响,一般来说管体1中间的原油和沙粒流速会比边上靠近管壁的流速大尤其是层流工况,所以应该在中间的缓冲层加厚。
从冲刷的角度出发,沙粒冲击管壁的角度越小,管壁受到的冲击力越小。所以,最佳的模式是,在三通受到冲击的面增加一个圆锥形缓冲层3。为了使圆锥形缓冲层3耐磨性更好,所以在受冲击面增加一个第一耐磨钨合金堆焊面4,增加耐磨性,堆焊焊条为D707。
由于石油转向流动时对石油里面的沙粒起到一个转向带动的问题,因此受到冲击的面不仅仅是正对石油流向的面,在其他面也会受到影响。这样,在受沙粒冲击大的地方也要适当考虑增加第二耐磨钨合金堆焊面5。

1.一种双相钢挡沙三通,包括由双相钢制成的管体(1),其特征在于,在管体(1)外设有缓冲层(2),在管体(1)的受冲击面上设有圆锥形缓冲层(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种双相钢挡沙三通,其特征在于,在所述圆锥形缓冲层(3)的受冲击面上设有第一耐磨钨合金堆焊面(4)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种双相钢挡沙三通,其特征在于,在所述管体(1)的内壁上设有第二耐磨钨合金堆焊面(5)。
