背景技术
多晶硅生产中,活性炭吸附塔对多晶硅纯度的影响极为关键,而现有的活性炭吸附塔装置其结构不合理,活性炭使用周期短,再生时间长,温差变化大。

鉴于上述不足之处,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改良型多晶硅生产用活性炭吸附塔,通过对吸附塔结构及换热方式的改变克服了上述难题,使其活性炭使用周期延长,再生时间短,温差变化小,同时换热效率较高。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采取以下技术方案:一种改良型多晶硅生产用活性炭吸附塔,包括吸附塔,其特征在于:在吸附塔内部增设有列管换热器,在吸附塔外部加装有夹套,夹套上部设有上列管换热器列管口,上列管换热器列管口之间通过进气出水管连接,夹套下部设有下列管换热器列管口,下列管换热器列管口之间通过出气进水管连接,所述夹套顶端设有出料口,夹套侧壁设有卸炭口。
本实用新型的有益效果在于,通过对吸附塔结构及换热方式的改变即增加了列管换热器和夹套,使得吸附塔活性炭使用周期延长,再生时间短,温差变化小,同时换热效率较高。
