技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轴承的密封装置。
背景技术
托辊轴承座及密封总成是带式输送机上的一个用量最大的部件,其质量好坏直接影响托辊的质量乃至带式输送机整机的质量。目前,公知的托辊密封装置一般由内密封圈、外密封圈、挡圈以及外端盖构成。装配时在轴两端按轴承、内密封圈、外密封圈、挡圈、外端盖的顺序依次装配到托辊轴的两端并压入到轴承座中,形成多曲折的迷宫,防止灰尘和水进入轴承。由于万有引力的原理,托辊在高速旋转时,淋水、灰尘和煤泥等仍然会顺着相互嵌入的迷宫式结构逐渐进入密封圈当中,直至将托辊中的轴承污染,致使托辊失效,缩短了辊子的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种彻底避免沙尘和水进入到托辊轴承的托辊轴承的密封装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:托辊轴承的密封装置,安装在托辊两端的辊体和托辊轴之间,包括嵌入并固定在所述辊体端部上的轴承座,所述轴承座内安装有轴承,所述轴承的内侧端面与所述轴承座底部之间固定安装的内密封圈,所述轴承的外侧端面的所述轴承座内固定安装有迷宫形外密封圈,所述托辊轴上固定安装有与所述迷宫形外密封圈配合的迷宫形内密封圈,所述迷宫形外密封圈外的所述轴承座内固定安装有碗形外密封圈,所述碗形外密封圈外的所述托辊轴上固定安装有挡尘圈,所述挡尘圈上固定安装有环状密封圈,所述环状密封圈带有环状翼翅,所述环状翼翅抵靠在所述碗形外密封圈上。

所述环状密封圈41与所述托辊轴5之间为过盈配合,既保证了紧固要求又能省去轴用弹性挡圈,在加工制作上可减少车轴槽工艺流程,提高了托辊轴的强度。
本实用新型采用迷宫式密封,能够有效阻止灰尘,水进入托辊,避免粉尘进入辊体造成磨损;本实施例的密封方式能够有效降低轴承磨损,提高轴承的使用寿命,降低因轴承磨损造成的旋转阻力。
本实施例在密封性能模拟强化试验台上淋水试验,滴水不进,防尘试验,一尘不染,彻底阻止了污泥对托辊的污染。
本实施例的密封方式应用于各种缓冲托辊、槽型托辊、平行托辊、锥形托辊,螺旋托辊、以及梳形托辊等对密封性能要求较高的部件,已在于煤矿、冶金、电力等行业得到广泛应用。

1.托辊轴承的密封装置,安装在托辊两端的辊体和托辊轴之间,包括嵌入并固定在所述辊体端部上的轴承座,所述轴承座内安装有轴承,所述轴承的内侧端面与所述轴承座底部之间固定安装的内密封圈,所述轴承的外侧端面的所述轴承座内固定安装有迷宫形外密封圈,所述托辊轴上固定安装有与所述迷宫形外密封圈配合的迷宫形内密封圈,其特征在于:所述迷宫形外密封圈外的所述轴承座内固定安装有碗形外密封圈,所述碗形外密封圈外的所述托辊轴上固定安装有挡尘圈,所述挡尘圈上固定安装有环状密封圈,所述环状密封圈带有环状翼翅,所述环状翼翅抵靠在所述碗形外密封圈上。
