Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种硒鼓零部件涂油装置，该装置由喷壶、底座和固定架组成，底座为一平板，一端有开口滑轨，上面装有固定架，底座的另一端固定喷壶。其中工件固定架用来固定工件并带动工件旋转，可保证在工件孔的内壁均匀的涂抹润滑油。其优点是小巧、轻便，使用简单，润滑油涂抹均匀，能够提高生产效率，适合车间现场使用。

本实用新型涉及硒鼓生产中零部件的专用工装。
背景技术
硒鼓是激光打印机的核心部件，该部件在生产装配过程中，为了提高感光鼓、充电辊等的转动性能，需在挡板和端盖的定位孔处均匀的涂抹上一层润滑油。在生产过程中，该工序采用人工的涂抹方式进行。该方式不但效率低、涂抹不均匀，而且容易造成润滑油的浪费。
发明内容
为了克服现有生产的不足，本实用新型提供一种小巧、轻便，使用简单的硒鼓零部件涂油装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种硒鼓零部件涂油装置，该装置由喷壶、底座和固定架组成。底座为一平板，一端有开口滑轨，上面装有固定架，底座的另一端固定喷壶。喷壶分为存储罐、手压式吸油泵、输油管、涂油头四个部分。存储罐为平底圆形容器，通过内部延伸出的输油管与手压式吸油泵相连，手压式吸油泵的末端装有涂油头。以上各部件连接密封，因而在手压式吸油泵的作用下，存储罐内的润滑油经输油管到达涂油头。固定架是一个竖立在滑轨上的支撑架，在与喷壶涂油头平行的位置装有连杆，连杆两端分别连接固定板和旋转把手。固定板前端均匀分布三个固定弹簧，可以利用固定弹簧的刚性可以加紧工件；旋转把手为带有手柄的圆形转盘，通过转动该旋转把手可带动固定板的旋转。
本实用新型的特点是：小巧轻便，结构合理，操作简单，涂抹润滑油均匀，避免了润滑油的浪费，提高了生产的效率。

如图2所示，存储罐1通过内部延伸出的输油管3与手压式吸油泵2相连，手压式吸油泵2的末端装有涂油头4。
具体实施方式
参照图1，将工件加紧于固定弹簧5处，支撑架9在底座11的滑轨10上滑动，使工件内壁与涂油头4接触，用手压动手压式吸油泵2，将储存罐1中的润滑油通过输油管3压至涂油头4处，转动旋转把手8，通过连杆7带动固定板6转动，使得固定于固定弹簧4处的工件内壁均匀的涂上一层润滑油。涂好后放松手，将支撑架9沿滑轨10拉出，取下加紧于固定弹簧5处的工件，至此，完成了一个硒鼓零部件的涂油过程。

1.一种硒鼓零部件涂油装置，其特征在于，该装置由喷壶、底座和固定架组成，底座为一平板，一端有开口滑轨，上面装有固定架，底座的另一端固定喷壶。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种硒鼓零部件涂油装置，其特征在于，喷壶分为存储罐、手压式吸油泵、输油管、涂油头四个部分，存储罐通过内部延伸出的输油管与手压式吸油泵相连，手压式吸油泵的末端装有涂油头。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种硒鼓零部件涂油装置，其特征在于，固定架是一个竖立在滑轨上的支撑架，在与喷壶涂油头平行的位置装有连杆，连杆两端分别连接固定板和旋转把手。
4.如权利要求3所述的固定架，其特征在于，固定板前端均匀分布三个固定弹簧。
