背景技术:
目前耐火厂生产电熔镁块后,要进行自然冷却、降温,这样的做法不仅冷却时间长,而且也浪费了大量的热能,没有有效的把镁块产生的热能收集起来进行转化,能源没有被利用,都释放到了大气中。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电熔镁余热锅炉,它将电熔镁块产生大量的热能有效的收集起来,并且得到充分利用,节省了大量能源;而且大大缩短了电熔镁块的冷却时间。
技术方案:
电熔镁余热锅炉,耐火砖层内侧设有锅筒、水冷壁和下联箱;锅筒上设有安全阀、大气连通管和出水管,水冷壁的一端与锅筒连接,水冷壁的另一端与下联箱连接,进水管的一端与下联箱连接,进水管的另一端与水箱连接。

如图1-2所示,电熔镁余热锅炉,耐火砖层4外侧设有钢板3,耐火砖层4内侧设有锅筒2、水冷壁I5、水冷壁II12和下联箱,锅筒2上设有安全阀10、大气连通管9和出水管11,水冷壁I5的一端与锅筒2连接,水冷壁I5的另一端与下联箱6连接,水冷壁II12的一端与锅筒2连接,水冷壁II12的另一端与下联箱6连接,进水管8的一端与下联箱6连接,进水管8的另一端与水箱1连接。
