空心夹套钢管芯
(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种管芯,尤其是涉及一种空心夹套钢管芯,用于铝箔的卷绕。
(二)背景技术
铝箔主要用于包装、装潢等领域,其厚度一般为0.006~0.2mm,由于很薄,抗拉强度和延展性均很小,对其加工工艺工装要求非常高,尤其是铝箔在轧制成品厚度后必须分切成小卷才能应用,分切完的小卷由于铝箔不能靠自身支撑,必须靠外来支撑,保证铝箔在卷曲时不变形和顾客使用时在开卷机上内圈不被损伤。外来支撑称为管芯,如专利02218891.6公开的一种铝箔用冷拔钢管芯,在实际使用中发现存在以下问题与不足:
(1)客户在使用时,由于为了与开卷机相匹配,钢管芯内径一般较小,承重量较小,使得在卷绕铝箔时,卷绕的铝箔量较小。
(2)由于钢管芯直径较小,因而在使用时往往由于与后端工序的匹配问题,造成钢管芯上铝箔剩余量较大。
(3)由于钢管芯为一体式结构,容易在使用中因与转轴的接触而造成弯曲损害,影响其回收使用。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种铝箔卷绕量大、使用率高且回收重复使用率高的空心夹套钢管芯。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种空心夹套钢管芯,包含有外管和内管,所述外管和内管之间设置有若干固定加强法兰,所述外管和内管的管壁间两端均设有封头法兰,所述封头法兰位于管壁内一端设有配重,所述外管和内管通过固定加强法兰和封头法兰连接成一整体。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
由于采用双层夹套结构,只需保证内管与转轴尺寸相匹配即可,可随意加大外管的尺寸使其与后端工序相匹配,并增大了钢管芯的承重量,使得钢管芯上能够卷绕更多的铝箔,使生产者和使用者减少更换铝箔卷的频率,提高了生产效率,并且能够提高卷绕在外管上的铝箔使用率;同时,采用双层结构后,由于增大了其刚性和强度,钢管芯不容易生产弯曲变形,从而提高了其回收使用率。
