本实用新型公开一种家具用阻尼铰链,包括顺次铰接的铰杯、连接臂及底座组件,铰杯上装有一U型插销,连接臂的一端安装在U型插销的上销臂上,连接臂的另一端安装在底座组件上,U型插销的下销臂通过铰臂组件与底座组件上的缓冲阻尼器连接,铰臂组件包括复合摇臂与活动摇臂,复合摇臂的中部安装在设于底座组件上,复合摇臂的一端铰接在U型插销上,另一端与活动摇臂的摇臂连接孔铰接,活动摇臂上的拉杆连接孔与缓冲阻尼器连接,活动摇臂的活动孔与底座组件连接,摇臂连接孔与拉杆连接孔分别设于活动孔的两侧。本实用新型的铰臂组件是双摇臂结构,可使铰杯转动灵活方便,产品使用寿命长,结构简单,制造成本低,有利于提高产品的市场竞争能力。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种安装在家具产品上的铰链,具体说是一种家具用阻尼铰链。
背景技术
目前,市场上销售的家具用铰链,大多都已经沿用了阻尼技术,使得铰链在开合中具有较好缓冲效果,避免家具产品的柜门在开合过程中受到过大的回复力而与柜体发生碰撞,这种结构的产品深受广大用户的青睐。常见的阻尼铰链,它包括顺次铰接的铰杯、连接臂及底座组件,铰杯还通过铰臂组件与安装在底座组件上的缓冲阻尼器的拉杆连接,铰杯受外力驱动后实现在底座组件上的开合活动。其中,有一种铰链的铰臂组件是采取扇齿结构进行传动的,例如是中国实用新型专利ZL200720047410.7公开的一种家具阻尼铰链,该专利所涉及的铰臂组件包括内摇臂与连接件,内摇臂与连接件均涉及为扇齿结构,两者的传动部分均依靠齿传动。然而,这种结构的铰臂组件,扇齿为薄壁钣金件,传动齿较小,当铰链开合使用有一定次数后,薄小的传动齿容易出现卡齿现象,开合不灵活,甚至是齿崩现象,进而出现卡死现象,缩短了产品的使用寿命,严重影响产品正常使用,而且,在薄小的内摇臂与连接件上加工传动齿,增大了产品制造难度,提高了产品的制造成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种开合灵活、使用寿命长、结构简单且有效降低成本的家具用阻尼铰链。
本实用新型的发明目的是这样实现的:一种家具用阻尼铰链,包括顺次铰接的铰杯、连接臂及底座组件,铰杯上装有一U型插销,连接臂的一端安装在U型插销的上销臂上,连接臂的另一端通过前端底销安装在底座组件上,前端底销上装有扭簧,扭簧的一自由端压在U型插销的上销臂上,扭簧的另一自由端压在底座组件上,U型插销的下销臂通过铰臂组件与安装在底座组件上的缓冲阻尼器的拉杆连接,铰杯受外力驱动后实现在底座组件上的开合活动,其特征在于:所述铰臂组件包括复合摇臂与活动摇臂,复合摇臂的中部安装在设于底座组件上的铰支销轴上,复合摇臂的一端铰接在U型插销的下销臂上,复合摇臂的另一端与设于活动摇臂上的摇臂连接孔相互铰接,设在活动摇臂上的拉杆连接孔与缓冲阻尼器的拉杆连接,活动摇臂通过设于其上的活动孔安装在设于底座组件上的固定插销上,摇臂连接孔设于活动孔的一侧,拉杆连接孔设于活动孔的另一侧。
作为上述技术方案的进一步限定,所述摇臂连接孔、活动孔及拉杆连接孔三者成“品”字型设置,摇臂连接孔与拉杆连接孔均在活动孔的上方,使得活动摇臂通过活动孔相对于固定插销有一定的位移浮动,缓冲阻尼器即可保证在水平位置上动作,避免其产生上下浮动。
或者,摇臂连接孔、活动孔及拉杆连接孔三者成直线排列。该结构在允许缓冲阻尼器有上下浮动的情况下,可有效减小活动摇臂的体积。
上述任一技术方案中,所述活动孔为椭圆孔。
或者,所述活动孔为长圆孔。
另外,在技术方案的具体实施过程中,所述活动摇臂为U型结构,U型结构的活动摇臂分别夹持在复合摇臂、缓冲阻尼器的拉杆的两侧。该结构可使复合摇臂、缓冲阻尼器的拉杆受力更均匀。
在上述的技术方案中,所述缓冲阻尼器为阻尼气缸或阻尼油缸。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
本实用新型所提供的家具用阻尼铰链,它的铰臂组件结构采取复合摇臂与活动摇臂配合结构,形成两相接的双摇臂结构而传动阻尼作用,将传统的扇齿传动的铰臂组件改变为双摇臂结构,避免了铰臂组件在传动过程中出现转动卡死显现,转动灵活方便,有效保证产品有较长的使用寿命。而且,铰臂组件是成双摇臂结构,免除了扇齿的加工工序,不但优化了铰臂组件的结构,产品结构简单,还降低了产品的制造成本,有利于提高产品的市场竞争能力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
根据图1至附图6所示,本实用新型的家具用阻尼铰链,它包括顺次铰接的铰杯1、连接臂2及底座组件3,底座组件3一般有外底座与内底座组成,铰杯1安装在家具的柜门上,而底座组件3则通过一安装座(附图中省略)安装在柜体内。铰杯1上装有一U型插销4,U型插销4的上销臂41与下销臂42横向贯穿铰杯1的杯壁。连接臂2的一端安装在U型插销4的上销臂41上,并伸入铰杯1的杯腔;连接臂2的另一端通过前端底销5安装在底座组件3上,前端底销5固定安装在底座组件3上并在其上装有扭簧6,扭簧6的一自由端压在U型插销4的上销臂41上,扭簧6的另一自由端压在底座组件3上,在铰杯1受驱动进行合闭动作时,被拉张的扭簧6回弹施加回复力带动铰杯1合闭。U型插销4的下销臂42通过铰臂组件与安装在底座组件3上的缓冲阻尼器7的拉杆71连接,缓冲阻尼器7的尾端部通过一插销固定安装在底座组件3上,一般情况下,缓冲阻尼器7可绕插销转动,在实际的生产制造过程中,缓冲阻尼器7为阻尼气缸,或者为阻尼油缸。当铰杯1受外力驱动后实现在底座组件3上的开合活动,在铰杯1打开状态时,铰臂组件刚好在受力死点上,其受力方向与扭簧6的回复力成一直线,相互反向,此时,扭簧6保持在被拉张状态,铰杯1保持在打开状态,当铰杯1受到外力驱动,使扭簧6的回复力方向与铰臂组件的受力方向不在一条直线上,铰臂组件越过死点,随即受扭簧6的回复力驱动,促使铰杯1合闭,期间,铰臂组件收拢时,拉动缓冲阻尼器7的拉杆71,缓冲阻尼器7对铰杯1施加缓冲阻尼力,避免铰杯1合闭过快而产生柜门的碰撞。
在本实用新型中,铰臂组件包括复合摇臂8与活动摇臂9,复合摇臂8为叠片结构。复合摇臂8的中部安装在设于底座组件3上的铰支销轴10上,铰支销轴10固定安装的底座组件3上。复合摇臂8的一端铰接在U型插销4的下销臂42上,复合摇臂8的另一端与设于活动摇臂9上的摇臂连接孔91相互铰接,以上述的铰支销轴10安装在复合摇臂8的中部,这里所述的中部并非是符合连接臂2的中间位置,该中部的意思只需满足在安装在的下销臂42上的复合摇臂8的一端与铰接在活动摇臂9上的摇臂连接孔91的复合摇臂8的另一端之间即可。期间,设在活动摇臂9上的拉杆连接孔92与缓冲阻尼器7的拉杆71连接,活动摇臂9通过设于其上的活动孔93安装在设于底座组件3上的固定插销上,摇臂连接孔91设于活动孔93的一侧,拉杆连接孔92设于活动孔93的另一侧,使得活动摇臂9可在活动孔93作为支点的情况下实现摇臂效果。期间,所述活动孔93为椭圆孔,如图6所示,或者,该活动孔93为长圆孔。
作为上述技术方案的进一步限定,所述摇臂连接孔91、活动孔93及拉杆连接孔92三者成“品”字型设置,摇臂连接孔91与拉杆连接孔92均在活动孔93的上方,使得活动摇臂9通过活动孔93相对于固定插销有一定的位移浮动,缓冲阻尼器7即可保证在水平位置上动作,避免其产生上下浮动。或者,摇臂连接孔91、活动孔93及拉杆连接孔92三者成直线排列,该结构在允许缓冲阻尼器7有上下浮动的情况下,可有效减小活动摇臂9的体积。另外,在技术方案的具体实施过程中,所述活动摇臂9可为U型结构,U型结构的活动摇臂9分别夹持在复合摇臂8、缓冲阻尼器7的拉杆71的两侧,该结构可使复合摇臂8、缓冲阻尼器7的拉杆71受力更均匀。
综上所述,本实用新型将传统的扇齿传动的铰臂组件改变为双摇臂结构,可使铰杯1转动灵活方便,有效保证产品有较长的使用寿命。而且,铰臂组件是双摇臂结构,不但优化了铰臂组件的结构,产品结构简单,还降低了产品的制造成本,有利于提高产品的市场竞争能力。

Claims (7)

1.一种家具用阻尼铰链,包括顺次铰接的铰杯(1)、连接臂(2)及底座组件(3),铰杯(1)上装有一U型插销(4),连接臂(2)的一端安装在U型插销(4)的上销臂(41)上,连接臂(2)的另一端通过前端底销(5)安装在底座组件(3)上,前端底销(5)上装有扭簧(6),扭簧(6)的一自由端压在U型插销(4)的上销臂(41)上,扭簧(6)的另一自由端压在底座组件(3)上,U型插销(4)的下销臂(42)通过铰臂组件与安装在底座组件(3)上的缓冲阻尼器(7)的拉杆(71)连接,铰杯(1)受外力驱动后实现在底座组件(3)上的开合活动,其特征在于:所述铰臂组件包括复合摇臂(8)与活动摇臂(9),复合摇臂(8)的中部安装在设于底座组件(3)上的铰支销轴(10)上,复合摇臂(8)的一端铰接在U型插销(4)的下销臂(42)上,复合摇臂(8)的另一端与设于活动摇臂(9)上的摇臂连接孔(91)相互铰接,设在活动摇臂(9)上的拉杆连接孔(92)与缓冲阻尼器(7)的拉杆(71)连接,活动摇臂(9)通过设于其上的活动孔(93)安装在设于底座组件(3)上的固定插销上,摇臂连接孔(91)设于活动孔(93)的一侧,拉杆连接孔(92)设于活动孔(93)的另一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家具用阻尼铰链,其特征在于:所述摇臂连接孔(91)、活动孔(93)及拉杆连接孔(92)三者成“品”字型设置,摇臂连接孔(91)与拉杆连接孔(92)均在活动孔(93)的上方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的家具用阻尼铰链,其特征在于:所述摇臂连接孔(91)、活动孔(93)及拉杆连接孔(92)三者成直线排列。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任何一项所述的家具用阻尼铰链,其特征在于:所述活动孔(93)为椭圆孔。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任何一项所述的家具用阻尼铰链,其特征在于:所述活动孔(93)为长圆孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的家具用阻尼铰链,其特征在于:所述活动摇臂(9)为U型结构,U型结构的活动摇臂(9)分别夹持在复合摇臂(8)、缓冲阻尼器(7)的拉杆(71)的两侧。
7.根据权利要求6所述的家具用阻尼铰链,其特征在于:所述缓冲阻尼器(7)为阻尼气缸或阻尼油缸。
