钢板内外圆弧焊接坡口的切割目前尚无专用胎具，一般采用手工切割，难以控制坡口尺寸和切割精度，切割操作困难。切割过程非常麻烦，影响工作效率。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种使用安全，操作方便的内外圆弧坡口切割胎具。
解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种内外圆弧坡口切割胎具，包括支架、上翼缘板、下翼缘板、轨道，所述支架顶部固定有圆环型下翼缘板，该下翼缘板上部通过定位螺栓装有可拆卸的、外径小于下翼缘板的圆环型上翼缘板，所述上翼缘板内圆弧边缘固定有圆形轨道。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：本胎具的上、下翼缘板可分离，便于圆环型钢板的吊装摆放，切割机在上翼缘板上沿轨道做圆周运动而进行坡口切割。适用于钢板各种圆弧坡口的切割，可以切割内外圆弧及正反铲坡口。用本胎具切割后的坡口尺寸精确度高，外观质量好，减少了修理量，降低了劳动强度，切割速度快，节省人力，提高了生产效率。

以下结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明：
参见图1，本实施例所述内外圆弧坡口切割胎具，由支架1、下翼缘板2、上翼缘板3、轨道4组成，支架1顶部固定有圆环型下翼缘板2，该下翼缘板2上部装有上翼缘板3的支撑体5，上翼缘板3也为圆环型，其以可拆卸方式通过定位螺栓8安装在所述支撑体5上，上翼缘板3的外径小于下翼缘板2的外径，上翼缘板3内圆弧边缘固定有圆形轨道4。
参见图2、图4，使用本实用新型切割外圆弧坡口时，首先拆下上翼缘板3，将圆弧料9(圆环型钢板)放置在下翼缘板2上的支撑体5外侧，圆弧料9外缘长出下翼缘板2外缘。然后将上翼缘板3用定位螺栓8固定在支撑体5上。将半自动切割机6放置在上翼缘板3，与半自动切割机6连接的边轮7放在圆弧形轨道4内侧，调整好割嘴与圆弧料9的距离，调整好割嘴角度即可进行切割。
参见图3、图5，使用本实用新型切割内圆弧坡口时，将圆弧料9(圆环型钢板)放置在下翼缘板2上的支撑体5内侧，圆弧料9的内圆边缘长出下翼缘板2内圆边缘。上翼缘板3及半自动切割机6的安装使用方式与切割外圆弧坡口相同。

1.一种内外圆弧坡口切割胎具，包括支架、上翼缘板、下翼缘板、轨道，其特征在于，所述支架顶部固定有圆环型下翼缘板，该下翼缘板上部通过定位螺栓装有可拆卸的、外径小于下翼缘板的圆环型上翼缘板，所述上翼缘板内圆弧边缘固定有圆形轨道。
