Abstract
一种陶瓷过滤机超声清洗装置，涉及一种特别适用于选矿拜耳法中精矿过滤的陶瓷过滤机的清洗过程的装置。其特征在于其结构包括：分别设置于陶瓷过滤机料浆两侧的装置支柱、位于装置支柱上部两方钢柱间隙间的升降机构、位于装置支柱两方钢柱之间的水平桁梁、上端固定在水平桁梁下端的超声波发生器固定杆、超声波发生器盒体。本实用新型的装置不但消除了超声盒非工作状态在料浆中的磨损和腐蚀，还方便检查和维修，降低检修员工劳动强度，延长了备件使用周期，大大降低生产成本。

技术领域
一种陶瓷过滤机超声清洗装置，涉及一种特别适用于选矿拜耳法中精矿过滤的陶瓷过滤机的清洗过程的装置。
背景技术
在精矿脱水生产中陶瓷过滤机是一种很重要常用的设备，高固含的精矿料浆进入到过滤机料浆槽，陶瓷板运行一定周期后，必须进行超声清洗。目前，已有的清洗装置是将超声波发生盒安装在料浆槽下部，固定在半月槽内。由于超声波发生盒外壁为3mm不锈钢板，在正常工作状态不断的受到高固含精矿料浆冲刷，一段时间后就会因磨损造成泄漏，从而引起超声振子电源线断路而损坏，起不到超声清洗作用，并且备件使用周期短。并且在超声盒检修时，都需要将半月槽物料放掉，检修人员需要站在皮带上方开展检修作业，人员劳动强度大，还经常因密封不好造成半月槽泄露而延误工期。并且超声波发生盒在半月槽内，正常开车无法进行例行检查，损坏后不能及时发现，造成时陶瓷板严重堵塞，降低过滤产能，影响正常的生产。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述已有技术存在的不足，提供一种能有效消除超声波发生盒在料浆中的磨损和腐蚀、方便检查和维修、降低检修员工劳动强度、延长使用周期、降低生产成本的陶瓷过滤机超声清洗装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种陶瓷过滤机超声清洗装置，其特征在于其结构包括：
装置支柱-该立柱为二根分别设置于陶瓷过滤机料浆两侧的、底端固定在基础上、由两相间隙设置的方钢柱组成的支柱；
升降机构-该升降机构包括：位于装置支柱顶端的电机，位于装置支柱上部两方钢柱间隙间的与电机输出轴相联的联轴器、位于两方钢柱间隙间的与电联轴器相联的垂直丝杆，位于丝杆上、与丝杠螺纹配合的升降螺母；
水平桁梁-该水平桁梁位于装置支柱两方钢柱之间，端部与升降机构的升降螺母固定联接；
超声波发生器固定杆-该固定杆为上端固定在水平桁梁下端的垂杆；
超声波发生器盒体-该盒体固定在超声波发生器固定杆底部。
本实用新型的一种陶瓷过滤机超声清洗装置，超声发生器盒体通过升降装置，改变了原有超声固定在料浆槽内为可以上下移动的装置，超声清洗时超声波发生器盒体自动下落，不需要清洗时，把超声盒提升到料浆槽外，消除了磨损和腐蚀现象的发生。过滤机正常生产时，超声盒位于料浆槽上部，可以不停车进行检查更换，能够方便的进行检查维护。该装置减速机与丝杠连接的联轴器方便机械出现故障后快速拆除更换，超声桁架只是放在提升螺母上部，属于自由滑动状态，丝杠只承受超声桁架自重，丝杠不会产生弯曲变形，机械装置简单可靠。

具体实施方式
一种陶瓷过滤机超声清洗装置，其结构包括：装置支柱1-该立柱为二根分别设置于陶瓷过滤机料浆两侧的、底端固定在基础2上、由两相间隙设置的方钢柱组成的支柱；升降机构-该升降机构包括：位于装置支柱顶端的电机3，位于装置支柱上部两方钢柱间隙间的与电机输出轴相联的联轴器4、位于两方钢柱间隙间的与电联轴器相联的垂直丝杆5，位于丝杆上、与丝杠螺纹配合的升降螺母6；水平桁梁7-该水平横梁位于装置支柱两方钢柱之间，端部与升降机构的升降螺母固定联接；超声波发生器固定杆8-该固定杆为上端固定在水平桁梁下端的垂杆；超声波发生器盒体9-该盒体固定在超声波发生器固定杆底部。
操作时，两台减速机由一台变频器控制，保证电机同步运行，当需要超声清洗时，打开控制按钮，两台减速机同步运转，通过联轴器带动丝杠旋转，提升螺母在升降装置支柱的两根方钢之间做向下移动，水平桁梁慢慢下移，运行到下限位置时，超声波发生器盒体浸入料浆槽10清洗液内，打开超声开关，进行超声清洗工作。清洗完成后，水平桁梁上升到上限位后停止，超声波发生器盒体在料浆上部，不与料浆接触，进行正常生产过程。

1.一种陶瓷过滤机超声清洗装置，其特征在于其结构包括：
装置支柱-该立柱为二根分别设置于陶瓷过滤机料浆两侧的、底端固定在基础上、由两相间隙设置的方钢柱组成的支柱；
升降机构-该升降机构包括：位于装置支柱顶端的电机，位于装置支柱上部两方钢柱间隙间的与电机输出轴相联的联轴器、位于两方钢柱间隙间的与电联轴器相联的垂直丝杆，位于丝杆上、与丝杠螺纹配合的升降螺母；
水平桁梁-该水平桁梁位于装置支柱两方钢柱之间，端部与升降机构的升降螺母固定联接；
超声波发生器固定杆-该固定杆为上端固定在水平桁梁下端的垂杆；
超声波发生器盒体-该盒体固定在超声波发生器固定杆底部。
