本实用新型涉及一种内嵌电容式触控面板,属于电容式触控面板技术领域。
背景技术
如图1所示,为传统的电容式触控面板结构示意图,所述传统的电容式触控面板包括彩色滤光片6,彩色滤光片6上依次设有玻璃基板1、电极层2、保护层3、印刷层4以及外层镜片5。如图2所示,为传统的内嵌电容式触控面板制备流程图,传统的内嵌电容式触控面板包括在玻璃基板1上依次制作钼铝与氧化铟锡组成的电极层2、保护层3以及印刷层4,在印刷层4上覆盖外层镜片5,将玻璃基板1转移到彩色滤光片6上。传统工艺因叠加层数较多,由于玻璃基材1的运用,导致整个触控面板厚度大为提高,穿透率低,在如今面板以轻薄化为主的发展趋势下,传统电容式触控面板已不符合当今的发展要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种轻薄、穿透率高且节省材料的内嵌电容式触控面板。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是提供一种内嵌电容式触控面板,包括彩色滤光片,其特征在于,彩色滤光片上依次设有电极层、保护层、印刷层以及外层镜片。
本实用新型取消了玻璃基材的使用,将彩色滤光片改为基材直接将电极层镀于彩色滤光片背面,从而降低了触控面板的厚度,在穿透率及节省材料大为提升。
本实用新型内嵌电容式触控面板的优点是:符合当今的轻薄化与节省材料。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例来具体说明本实用新型。
实施例
如图3所示,为内嵌电容式触控面板结构示意图,所述内嵌电容式触控面板,包括彩色滤光片6,彩色滤光片6上依次设有电极层2、保护层3、印刷层4以及外层镜片5。
如图4所示,为内嵌电容式触控面板制备流程图,所述的制备流程包括,将彩色滤光片6改为基材直接将电极层2镀于彩色滤光片6背面,再在电极层2上制作保护层3和印刷层4,在印刷层4上覆盖外层镜片5。以上各步骤皆与传统工艺相同。
本实用新型的内嵌电容式触控面板的厚度可减少0.5mm~1.0mm,穿透率增加3%~7%,并节省材料。
