本实用新型涉及一种往复压缩机活塞杆，具体说是涉及涂层式往复压缩机活塞杆。
背景技术
活塞杆是往复活塞式压缩机的关键零件，活塞杆两端之间是摩擦段。压缩机在工作中，活塞杆长时间受拉压交变载荷的作用，同时其摩擦段还受运动副的磨擦和压缩介质的腐蚀作用，活塞杆摩擦段表面往往因磨损和晶间腐蚀而早期损坏，需更换或修复活塞杆，降低了压缩机开动率。活塞式压缩机是石油、化工生产企业的重要设备之一，压缩机停机检修，直接影响企业的经济效益，因此压缩机活塞杆的早期损坏问题对用户使用影响很大。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种涂层式活塞杆。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：它有摩擦段，其特征是：在摩擦段的表面有钴基碳化钨(WC-Co)涂层。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
1、WC-Co涂层与活塞杆母体结合强度高，提高了耐磨性。活塞杆采用超音速燃气喷涂技术，可使WC-Co粒子嵌到活塞杆表面，与之发生冶金结合作用，因此WC-Co涂层与活塞杆母体结合强度高。
2、耐腐蚀性能好。涂层气孔率可低到0.1％，由于孔隙非常微小，在强腐蚀介质中不会因受腐蚀而磨损报废，往复活塞压缩机工作压力在19MPa以上、活塞杆磨擦温度在100℃以上，仍有很高的耐腐蚀性。

具体实施方式
活塞杆两端之间是摩擦段1，在摩擦段的表面进行喷砂处理，直接将钴基碳化钨(WC-Co)喷涂在摩擦段表面上，形成涂层2，层厚为0.3mm。
