一种可刹车机动车加油装置，包括刹闸制动系统、加油踏板和传动轴，传动轴上固定安装有加油拉线轮，加油拉线轮上传动连接有加油拉线，其特征是：加油踏板上铰接有加油顶杆，加油踏板与加油顶杆之间连接有越位拉簧，传动轴上还固定安装有加油驱轮，加油驱轮一侧固定连接有加油拨轮，加油顶杆能顶在加油拨轮上，加油驱轮另一侧还连接有回轮拉簧；加油顶杆从加油拨轮上脱落后，加油踏板能顶在刹闸制动系统上。
本实用新型在汽车正常行驶的过程中，加油顶杆顶在加油拨轮上驱动加油驱轮转动，从而带动传动轴旋转，继而使加油拉线轮旋转。当驾驶员在遇到紧急情况误将油门当刹车时，由于踩踏加油踏板的幅度过大，会使加油顶杆从加油拨轮上脱落，加油驱轮在回轮拉簧的拉力作用下回位，发动机停止加油，与此同时，加油踏板顶在刹闸制动系统上，使车辆制动，有了本实用新型，即使误将油门当刹车，也不会带来危险，使用非常安全。

一种可刹车机动车加油装置，如图1所示，包括刹闸制动系统1、加油踏板2和传动轴5，传动轴5上固定安装有加油拉线轮7，加油拉线轮7上传动连接有加油拉线6，加油踏板2上铰接有加油顶杆3，加油踏板2与加油顶杆3之间连接有越位拉簧4，传动轴5上还固定安装有加油驱轮9，加油驱轮9一侧固定连接有加油拨轮8，加油顶杆3能顶在加油拨轮8上，加油驱轮9另一侧还连接有回轮拉簧10；加油顶杆3从加油拔轮8上脱落后，加油踏板2能顶在刹闸制动系统1上。
本实用新型中加油拉线轮通过传动轴与加油驱轮相连接，在加油驱轮的一侧连接有回轮拉簧。加油踏板上有一加油顶杆与加油拨轮相连接，加油杆顶顶在加油拨轮上，刹闸制动系统设在加油踏板的下方。
正常状态下，在给机动车加油时，向下踩踏加油踏板，加油顶杆顶着加油拨轮从而带动加油拉线给机动车加油，当超过加油底限时，加油顶杆脱离加油拨轮，在回轮拉簧的拉力下加油拉线返回至起点，发动机供油不上，与此同时，加油踏板与刹闸制动系统接触，使快速运行的机动车息火停车，无法再前进。
本实用新型能减少驾驶员在紧急情况下踩踏闸车的过程中误加油门造成的车祸。
