本实用新型公开一种单臂桥式汽车整流二极管,它是将两只芯片焊接在同一只交流输入电极的两端,两只芯片分别通过正、负极铜粒子与正、负极散热板焊接,再用塑封料封装,形成串联的单臂桥式整流管。省略了两只单二极管之间的连接线和固定二极管的铜底座、塑料支架,减化了装配工序,提高生产效率,降低铜、塑料等材料消耗,降低整流桥的制造成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车配件,具体涉及汽车整流桥上使用的、由两只芯片共用同一根交流输入电极上的二极管。
背景技术
目前汽车整流桥上使用的二极管均为一只芯片封装成的二极管,其装配工艺是:将芯片通过负极铜粒子压装在带有凹形槽的铜底座上,并用灌封料固定,形成一只单独的二极管;用连接线将二只二极管串联起来,连接线与交流输入电极连接;两只二极管再通过塑料绝缘支架与散热板固定。工艺较复杂,铜底座及塑料支架要耗费大量的贵重原材料,增加整流桥的成本。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种单臂桥式汽车整流二极管,它是将两只芯片焊接在同一只交流输入电极的两端,两只芯片分别通过正、负极铜粒子与正、负极散热板焊接,再用塑封料封装,形成串联的单臂桥式整流二极管。省略了两只单二极管之间的连接线和固定二极管的铜底座、塑料支架。减化了装配工序,提高生产效率,降低铜、塑料等材料消耗,降低整流桥的制造成本。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种单臂桥式汽车整流二极管,包括:正极芯片、负极芯片、与正极芯片一端连接的正极铜粒子、与负芯极片一端连接的负极铜粒子,其特征在于:所述的正极芯片和负极芯片的另一端与同一只交流输入电极的两端面焊接,并灌装密封料用于固定。
本实用新型的积极效果是:
1、两只芯片焊接在同一只交流电极上,形成两只芯片串联的单臂桥式二极管,工艺简单,生产效率高。
2、省略了铜底座和塑料支架,大大降低原材料消耗,降低整流桥的制造成本。

如图1、图2所示:一种单臂桥式汽车整流二极管,包括正极芯片4、负极芯片5、与正极芯片4一端连接的正极铜粒子3、与负芯极片5一端连接的负极铜粒子6,其特征在于:所述的正极芯片4和负极芯片5的另一端与同一只交流输入电极1的两端面焊接,并用塑封料封装,组成了由两只芯片串联而成的单臂桥式整流管,再将三只单臂桥式整流管并联,安装在两片散热板上,组成汽车整流桥。工艺简单,生产效率高。由于省略了铜底座和塑料支架,大大降低原材料消耗,降低整流桥的制造成本。

1.一种单臂桥式汽车整流二极管,包括:正极芯片(4)、负极芯片(5)、与正极芯片(4)一端连接的正极铜粒子(3)、与负芯极片(5)一端连接的负极铜粒子(6),其特征在于:所述的正极芯片(4)和负极芯片(5)的另一端与同一只交流输入电极(1)的两端面焊接,并灌装密封料(2)用于固定。
