本实用新型涉及机械设备,特别是一种塑料挤出生产线用增亮装置。
二、背景技术
当前,热塑性塑料挤出成型用的挤出成型机是塑料制品加工中最常用的成型设备,芯棒,口模,定型套三者为挤出模具的组成部分,其中芯棒决定了挤出管材的内壁质量、表面粗糙度、形状、尺寸;而口模决定了产品的形状和尺寸;定型套可以使产品获得良好的表面粗糙度、正确的尺寸和几何形状;但是,由于定型套与口模之间一般都间隔相当大的距离,导致熔融物料与空气接触后,表面光泽不够,并且形状上出现偏差,故改进和创新势在必行。
三、实用新型内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术缺陷,本实用新型之目的就是提供一种塑料挤出生产线用增亮装置,可有效解决定型套与口模之间因距离间隔大,造成塑料表面光泽不够,形状上出现偏差的问题,其解决的技术方案是,包括口模、密封水套和水泵,密封水套装在口模前端,与口模密封连接,密封水套上、下部对称装有进水端口和出水端口,密封水套经管道和水槽相连通,水槽和其下方的水泵相连通,密封水套经进水端口、出水端口和水泵构成水循环结构。本实用新型结构简单,操作方便,使用效果好,是机械设备上的创新。

由附图给出,本实用新型包括口模、密封水套和水泵,密封水套2装在口模1前端,与口模1密封连接,密封水套2上、下部对称装有进水端口3和出水端口4,密封水套2经管道和水槽7相连通,水槽和其下方的水泵5相连通,密封水套2经进水端口3、出水端口4和水泵5构成水循环结构。
为了保证使用效果,所说的密封水套2内有抛光层,抛光层外部电镀有一铬层或镍层等稀有金属层;所说的口模1后端和挤出主机6相连接。

本实用新型由于密封水套内部有抛光层,并有一层电镀铬、镍等稀有金属层,因此非常光滑,不会对管材的挤出产生影响,并通过内部的水循环,加速熔融物料的冷却,进而增加产品的表面光泽亮,本实用新型操作方便,结构新颖独特,有效解决了定型套与口模之间因距离间隔大,造成塑料表面无光泽,形状上出现偏差的问题,经济和社会效益显著。

1.一种塑料挤出生产线用增亮装置,包括口模、密封水套和水泵,其特征在于,密封水套(2)装在口模(1)前端,与口模(1)密封连接,密封水套(2)上、下部对称装有进水端口(3)和出水端口(4),密封水套(2)经管道和水槽(7)相连通,水槽和其下方的水泵(5)相连通,密封水套(2)经进水端口(3)、出水端口(4)和水泵(5)构成水循环结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料挤出生产线用增亮装置,其特征在于,所说的密封水套(2)内有抛光层,抛光层外部电镀有一铬层或镍层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料挤出生产线用增亮装置,其特征在于,所说的口模(1)后端和挤出主机(6)相连接。
