本实用新型公开了一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体(1)及端子,绝缘本体包括一对接面(110)、相对对接面的安装面(116)及贯穿对接面的插槽(11),该插槽设有相对的第一侧面(11)及第二侧面,第一侧面设有间隔开的第一接触区(113)及第二接触区(114),第二侧面设有第三接触区(115),导电端子包括压配型端子(21)及压接型端子(22),第一接触区及第二接触区安装有压配型端子,第三接触区安装有压接型端子。两种端子有助于提高端子跟电路板的连接稳定性。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,其具有不同类型的接脚。
【背景技术】
现在电连接器中有采用配压式焊接脚来插入电路板的通孔,实现电连接器与电路板的电性接触,即Press-fit Through-hole焊接方式。但是,在某些连接器中,这样的焊接方式并不满足要求,尤其是高频连接器。所以希望设计出一种新型的电连接器。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术方案是提供一种提高端子与电路板连接稳定性的电连接器。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及端子,绝缘本体包括一对接面、相对对接面的安装面及贯穿对接面的插槽,该插槽设有相对的第一侧面及第二侧面,第一侧面设有间隔开的第一接触区及第二接触区,第二侧面设有第三接触区,导电端子包括压配型端子及压接型端子,第一接触区及第二接触区安装有压配型端子,第三接触区安装有压接型端子。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型的压配型端子及压接型端子有助于提高端子跟电路板的连接稳定性。

【具体实施方式】
参图1~3所示,本实用新型电连接器100是一种SAS(Serial SCSI)连接器,一种存储设备的输入/输出接口,其安装于电路板200,完成电性连接。该电连接器100包括绝缘本体1、安装于绝缘本体上的端子,导电端子包括两种类型,压配型端子21及压接型端子22。插入型端子21包括两侧边具有倒刺的固定部210、自固定部一端延伸的弹性接触部211及自固定部另一端延伸的接脚212,该接脚为压配型,即接脚大致为中间大两边小的树叶状,其中间设有椭圆孔2121,如此,接脚在插入电路板的对应的孔洞201(孔洞的尺寸较接脚最大处的尺寸小)时,该接脚会内缩变形,变形产生的张力使得接脚紧紧的固定在电路板的孔洞201。压接型端22包括两侧边具有倒刺的固定部220、自固定部一端延伸的弹性接触部221及自固定部另一端延伸的接脚222,该接脚为压接型,即接脚自固定部向一边弯折而形成弧状,参图4,压接型端子的接脚向绝缘本体的相对第二侧面的外侧面延伸,接脚的末端形成朝向电路板的弧状顶点2221,该顶点可压在电路板的导电片202上。
参图1、2所示,绝缘本体1设有贯穿一面的纵长插槽11,该面则为对接面110。插槽11的两侧面形成用来收容端子的收容槽(未标号),从对接面看,端子的接触部211、221则位于该等收容槽内,并且该等端子的弧形顶点凸伸入插槽11,用来跟对接连接器的配合接触。插槽一侧或第一侧面111设有一凹陷112而将第一侧面111分成两部分,即第一接触区113及第二接触区114。插槽11的另一侧面或第二侧面设有第三接触区115,该接触区恰好面对凹陷112。结合图3,第一、二接触区插接有压配型端子21,而第三接触区则是插接有压接型端子22。
参图3、4,绝缘本体相对对接面的另一面则为安装面116,该安装面116是面对电路板200,压配型端子21的接脚212垂直穿过绝缘本体的安装面116,压接端子的接脚222则倾斜朝向绝缘本体1的外侧面延伸。在电连接器100安装于电路板200后,接脚212借助干涉力固定在孔洞中,而接脚222压在电路板的导电片202上且产生一定的变形,使得接脚222能够抵接在导电片上。
参图1、3,绝缘本体沿插槽11的延伸方向的两外侧端面设有导引柱15,导引柱的外侧安装有抓板件3。该抓板件3具有安装于绝缘本体两端的固持部31,该固持部的两侧边具有倒刺311,其内具有向电路板方向偏移延伸的凸片(未标号),在抓板件自安装面16安装于连接器时,该凸片抵在绝缘本体内而防止固持部自绝缘本体脱离。该抓板件3还包括自固持部向下延伸的叉状固持脚32,该固持脚固定在电路板的另一孔洞203(参图2)。

Claims (7)

1.一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及端子,绝缘本体包括一对接面、相对对接面的安装面及贯穿对接面的插槽,该插槽设有相对的第一侧面及第二侧面,第一侧面设有间隔开的第一接触区及第二接触区,第二侧面设有第三接触区,导电端子包括压配型端子及压接型端子,其特征在于:第一接触区及第二接触区安装有压配型端子,第三接触区安装有压接型端子。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:压配型端子包括固定部、凸伸入插槽的接触部及延伸出安装面的接脚,接脚的中间设有椭圆孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:压接型端子包括固定部、凸伸入插槽的接触部及延伸出安装面的接脚,接脚自固定部倾斜延伸而形成一背离安装面的弧状顶点。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:第一侧面设有凹陷而将第一接触部跟第二接触区分隔开,第三接触区面对该凹陷。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:压接型端子的接脚向绝缘本体的相对第二侧面的外侧面延伸。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:绝缘本体的两端分别设有抓板件,该抓板件包括固定在绝缘本体上的固持部及延伸出安装面的又状固持脚。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:上述固持部的两侧边具有倒刺,上述固持部的内部具有向电路板方向偏移延伸的凸片。
