Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种电连接器的端子,其包括与对接连接器导电部分电性接触的对接部、自对接部向前延伸的预持部、自对接部向后延伸且收容于绝缘本体内的固持部及用于焊接在印刷电路板上的焊接部。对接部设有抵触部,当该端子与对接连接器导电部分电性接触发生弹性变形时,由于预持部将端子预压了一定的弹性变形且该端子的抵触部与绝缘本体相抵靠,使得端子所受的正向力大大增加,提高了端子与对接连接器导电部分接触性能,进而提高了信号传输的品质。

电连接器的端子
【技术领域】
本实用新型是提供一种电连接器的端子,尤其是指一种可应用于电子卡连接器、电池连接器及板对板连接器上的导电端子。
【背景技术】
电连接器是用于提供电子装置间的电性连接,电连接器的端子与对接连接器导电部分电性导通,达到不同电子装置间信号传输的目的。为了确保电连接器与对接连接器之间信号稳定可靠的传输,则必须要求电连接器端子与对接连接器导电部分有足够的正向力。中国实用新型专利公告第CN2280358Y号专利揭示了一种电连接器,请参阅图4,该电连接器1包括绝缘本体10及若干第一端子110及第二端子111。绝缘本体设有若干端子槽道1011,第一端子及第二端子分别收容于对应的端子槽道内。第一端子都包括用于与对接连接器导电部分电性接触的对接部1101、自对接部向前延伸的预持部1104、自对接部向后延伸的固持部1102及焊接于电路板上的焊接部1103。第二端子都包括用于与对接连接器导电部分电性接触的对接部1111、自对接部向前延伸的预持部1114、自对接部向后延伸的固持部1112及焊接于电路板上的焊接部1113。当该电连接器与对接连接器相对接时,第一端子及第二端子的对接部1101、1111分别与该对接连接器的导电部分电性接触发生弹性变形,由于预持部1104、1114将第一端子及第二端子预压了一定的弹性变形,所以端子受到的正向力是端子接触时弹性变形及预压弹性变形所受正向力的总和。
由于电子产品小型化、高集成、高速度的发展,电连接器也越来越小且需要更高更稳定的信号,相应的也就需要端子与对接连接器导电部分接触时受到的正向力更大,现有电连接器的端子已不能满足发展的需要,且当电连接器与对接连接器经过反复插拔后,端子的弹性会降低,这样当电连接器与对接连接器相配合时,端子所受的正向力较小,导致端子与对接连接器的导电部分接触性能不好,从而影响电子装置间信号传输。
因此,确有必要对前述电连接器的端子进行改进以克服现有技术的前述缺陷。
【新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电连接器的端子,其可提高端子与对接连接器导电部分电性接触性能,从而提供良好的信号传输。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:电连接器的端子包括用于与对接连接器导电部分电性接触的对接部、自对接部向前延伸的预持部、自对接部向后延伸且固持于电连接器的绝缘本体内的固持部及自固持部向后延伸用于焊接在电路板上的焊接部。对接部设有抵触部。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:于对接部设有抵触部,当该端子与对接连接器导电部分电性接触时,由于端子的预持部将端子预压了一定的弹性变形且端子的抵触部与绝缘本体相抵靠,增加了接触时端子所受的正向力,提高了端子与对接连接器导电部分的电性接触的性能,从而大大提高了端子信号传输的品质。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1与图2,电连接器4包括有绝缘本体40及若干端子2,绝缘本体40设有若干端子槽道41,若干端子2分别收容于对应的端子槽道41内。每一端子2包括有用于与对接连接器的导电部分电性接触的对接部23、自对接部延伸且将端子固持于电连接器4的绝缘本体40内的固持部22、自固持部22延伸的焊接部21及自对接部23向前延伸的预持部24。对接部23设有自其邻接预持部的端部232延伸出的抵触部25,该抵触部25包括有臂部253、端面252及连接臂部253与端面252的弯折部251。于对接部23的端部232及与端部232相对的另一端部231之间形成有与抵触部25相对应的狭槽26。对接部23包括有沿与抵触部25延伸方向的相反方向延伸的接触部233。当端子2分别组装入电连接器4的对应端子槽道内41,预持部24抵靠设于绝缘本体40的止挡部43且将端子2预压了一定的弹性变形,当收容端子2的电连接器4与对接连接器对接时,端子2在插入力的作用下且利用本身的弹性向端子槽道41内收缩,端子2的抵触部25抵靠端子槽道41的内壁42,且抵触部25的弯折部251随着插入力的增大在端子槽道41的内壁42滑移,抵触部25在抵靠绝缘本体40的同时受到绝缘本体40给其的反作用力,这样使得端子2在变形时所受的正向力增大,提高了端子的电性导通效果,提高了信号的传输品质。
图3所揭示的端子3为本实用新型电连接器的端子的另一种实施方式,该端子3结构与端子2基本相同,但端子3的抵触部35自端子3的对接部33邻接固持部的端部321延伸出。
本实用新型电连接器的端子2,其可安装于电子卡连接器、板对板连接器及电池连接器等电连接器上,由于端子2设有抵触部25,其抵靠绝缘本体且端子2的预持部24给端子预压了一定的弹性变形,这样端子2所受的正向力大大提高,保证了电子卡连接器、板对板连接器及电池连接器等电连接器与对接连接器间良好的电性接触,从而提高了电连接器传输信号的品质。

Claims (6)

1.一种电连接器的端子,其包括用于与对接连接器导电部分电性接触的对接部、自对接部向后延伸的固持部、自固持部向后延伸且用于焊接在电路板上的焊接部及自对接部向前延伸出预持部,其特征在于:对接部设有抵触部。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器的端子,其特征在于:该抵触部自对接部邻接预持部的端部延伸出。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器的端子,其特征在于:该抵触部自对接部邻接固持部的端部延伸出。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器的端子,其特征在于:该抵触部设有弯折部。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器的端子,其特征在于:该对接部包括有沿着与抵触部延伸方向的相反方向弯折的接触部。
6.一种电连接器,其包括有绝缘本体及收容于该绝缘本体内的若干端子,每一端子包括用于与对接连接器导电部分电性接触的对接部、自对接部向后延伸的固持部、自固持部向后延伸且用于焊接在电路板上的焊接部及自对接部向前延伸出与绝缘本体相抵靠的预持部,其特征在于:对接部设有抵触部,该抵触部与绝缘本体相抵靠。
