高温耐磨双吸双螺杆泵,涉及一种用于石油化工企业的炼油装置中的螺杆泵。其结构是:在泵套内安装主动轴、从动轴,在主动轴、从动轴上分别套装螺杆,在前轴承座上安装有滚子轴承,在后轴承座上安装有球轴承,球轴承外设有轴承挡套,所述的滚子轴承、球轴承为耐高温轴承,在泵套上方安装带有翅片的泵夹套,主动轴、从动轴外部设有耐高温集装式波纹管密封,在从动齿轮上安装防松锥套。本实用新型采用带有内部翅片的泵夹套,轴承采用耐高温的球轴承或滚子轴承,适应高温工况,具有防抽空能力,解决了传统的双螺杆泵在输送300℃以上高温介质时泵体易出现热变形、螺杆不耐磨、机械密封泄漏以及轴承可靠性不好等一系列问题,耐高温可达450℃、性能稳定、安全可靠。

本实用新型涉及一种用于石油化工企业的炼油装置中的螺杆泵。
背景技术
传统的双螺杆存在泵在输送300℃以上高温介质时泵体易出现热变形、螺杆不耐磨、机械密封泄漏以及轴承可靠性不好等一系列问题,从而导致工作性能较差,运行不安全的情况。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的问题,本实用新型提供过一种性能稳定、安全可靠的高温耐磨双吸双螺杆泵;本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案实现的:高温耐磨双吸双螺杆泵,在泵套内安装主动轴、从动轴,主动轴上的主动齿轮与从动轴上的从动齿轮啮合,在主动轴、从动轴上分别套装螺杆,泵套两侧分别与前轴承架、后轴承架连接,前轴承座与前轴承架连接,在前轴承座上安装有滚子轴承,主动轴前端的前轴承座与轴承压盖连接,在从动轴前端部设有轴承闷盖,轴承闷盖与轴承压盖连接,后轴承座与后轴承架连接,在后轴承座上安装有球轴承,球轴承外设有轴承挡套,后轴承座与后盖连接,其特征在于:所述的滚子轴承、球轴承为耐高温轴承,在泵套上方安装带有翅片的泵夹套,主动轴、从动轴外部设有耐高温集装式波纹管密封,在从动齿轮上安装防松锥套。

高温耐磨双吸双螺杆泵,在泵套12内安装主动轴15、从动轴16,主动轴15上的主动齿轮5与从动轴16上的从动齿轮2啮合,在主动轴15、从动轴16上分别套装螺杆14,在泵套12上方安装带有翅片的泵夹套13,主动轴15、从动轴16外部设有耐高温集装式波纹管密封9,在从动齿轮2上安装防松锥套3。泵套12两侧分别与前轴承架17、后轴承架8连接,前轴承座18与前轴承架17连接,在前轴承座18上安装有耐高温滚子轴承10,主动轴15前端的前轴承座18与轴承压盖19连接,在从动轴16前端部设有轴承闷盖11,轴承闷盖11与轴承压盖19连接,后轴承座7与后轴承架8连接,在后轴承座7上安装有耐高温球轴承6,耐高温球轴承6外设有轴承挡套4,后轴承座7与后盖1连接。

1.高温耐磨双吸双螺杆泵,在泵套内安装主动轴、从动轴,主动轴上的主动齿轮与从动轴上的从动齿轮啮合,在主动轴、从动轴上分别套装螺杆,泵套两侧分别与前轴承架、后轴承架连接,前轴承座与前轴承架连接,在前轴承座上安装有滚子轴承,主动轴前端的前轴承座与轴承压盖连接,在从动轴前端部设有轴承闷盖,轴承闷盖与轴承压盖连接,后轴承座与后轴承架连接,在后轴承座上安装有球轴承,球轴承外设有轴承挡套,后轴承座与后盖连接,其特征在于:所述的滚子轴承、球轴承为耐高温轴承,在泵套上方安装带有翅片的泵夹套,主动轴、从动轴外部设有耐高温集装式波纹管密封,在从动齿轮上安装防松锥套。
