本实用新型提供一种防止水与镁液接触而发生爆炸,提高安全性的镁合金熔炼炉。它包括具有加热元件的炉体,炉体内设置有熔炼罐,它还包括一个炉盖以及用于将炉盖压紧在炉体上使得炉盖与炉体密封接触的压紧机构,进气管穿过炉盖伸入炉体内,溢流管穿过炉盖伸入到熔炼罐内。用于设置炉盖,熔炼镁时在密封状态下进行,水不可能进入熔炼罐,保证了操作安全。设置进气管和溢流管的目的是在镁液熔炼好时,通过进气管进气,使得炉体内压力升高,通过压力使得镁液经伸入到镁液液面下的溢流管被压出炉体。

背景技术
镁合金在熔化过穿过炉盖伸入炉体内程中是易爆的,并对人体有伤害,原先镁合金熔化是在半封闭情况下进行熔化,工人在操作过程中如果有水或汗水与镁液接触就会产生爆炸,我公司自行设计镁熔化炉,将镁在全封闭情况下进行熔化及生产,防止了镁在熔化过程中的耗及对人体的伤害,完全做到了镁液不与水或汗的接触,防止了爆炸的产生,炉盖采用高温硅橡胶与水冷套相结合,用手动或气动压紧炉盖,炉内所有引出炉外电源引出棒用高温硅橡胶与外套相结合压紧,做到了在高温情况下(750℃),压力0.8公斤没有任何漏气现象。
现有的镁合金熔炼炉,包括具有加热元件的炉体,炉体内设置有熔炼罐。它没有炉盖,熔炼时基本是敞开式操作,在操作过程中如果有水或汗水滴入镁液就会产生爆炸,安全得不到保证。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种防止水与镁液接触而发生爆炸,提高安全性的镁合金熔炼炉。
该镁合金熔炼炉,包括具有加热元件的炉体,炉体内设置有熔炼罐,它还包括一个炉盖以及用于将炉盖压紧在炉体上使得炉盖与炉体密封接触的压紧机构,进气管穿过炉盖伸入炉体内,溢流管穿过炉盖伸入到熔炼罐内。
本实用新型的有益效果;由于设置炉盖,熔炼镁时在密封状态下进行,水不可能进入熔炼罐,保证了操作安全。设置进气管和溢流管的目的是在镁液熔炼好时,通过进气管进气,使得炉体内压力升高,通过压力使得镁液经伸入到镁液液面下的溢流管被压出炉体。
作为改进,它还包括穿过炉盖伸入炉体内的泄压管,在炉体外部的泄压管上串联有阀门。通过泄压管,可将炉体内的压力释放。

参见图1、2所示镁合金熔炼炉,炉体1内设置加热元件2,炉体内中心处设置有熔炼罐3,炉盖4在炉体上部。炉体上端面具有突出的环形密封座5,密封座上部设置与炉盖下表面密封接触的密封垫6。进气管7穿过炉盖4伸入炉体内。在穿过炉盖伸入炉体内的泄压管9的炉体外部部分上串联有阀门10。溢流管8穿过炉盖伸入到熔炼罐内的镁液液面下。
在环形密封座5外圈的炉体上端面上摆动连接有螺杆11,炉盖4的周边开有U形槽12,螺杆11穿过U形槽12,固定螺母13与螺杆配合以将炉盖压紧在环形密封座5上。

1.镁合金熔炼炉,包括具有加热元件的炉体,炉体内设置有熔炼罐,其特征是:它还包括一个炉盖以及用于将炉盖压紧在炉体上使得炉盖与炉体密封接触的压紧机构,进气管穿过炉盖伸入炉体内,溢流管穿过炉盖伸入到熔炼罐内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镁合金熔炼炉,其特征是:它还包括穿过炉盖伸入炉体内的泄压管,在炉体外部的泄压管上串联有阀门。
3.根据权利要求1所述的镁合金熔炼炉,其特征是:炉体上端面具有突出的环形密封座,密封座上部设置与炉盖下表面密封接触的密封垫。
4.根据权利要求1所述的镁合金熔炼炉,其特征是:压紧机构为螺栓螺母压紧机构。
