目前，公知的钢材自动焊接机是由行走小车、焊接枪总成、焊接行走控制系统及支承架等部分组成。
发明内容
为解决市场上现有自动焊机存在不能及时和同步清除由焊接产生的有害气体的问题，本实用新型提供一种自动焊接同步除尘一体机，而且结构简单。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：对现有自动焊机焊接枪总成距焊枪口250-350毫米处加装吸尘口及柔性吸尘管，柔性吸尘管一直延伸至净化器中。
本实用新型的有益效果是，对焊接过程中产生的有害气体同步清除，保持焊接车间良好的空气质量，还节能。

具体实施方式
在图1中，当焊接准备工作准备就绪后，自动焊接除尘一体机的行走、焊接、吸尘控制系统将根据焊缝要求决定焊接速度并同时吸走焊接产生的烟尘，被吸入的烟尘经柔性输气管进入过滤器过滤后排到焊接车间或外排。

1.自动焊接除尘一体机是自动行走小车，焊接枪总成，行走、焊接、吸尘控制系统，可调节支承架，吸尘口，柔性输气管组合体，其特征是：焊接枪总成与吸尘口、柔性输气管连接成一体并同步行走。
