本实用新型公开了一种血液培养皿,包括培养皿底座、培养皿上盖,其中,培养皿底座上固定设置有旋转座,旋转座的中心位置设置有旋转柱,培养皿上盖上设置有旋转凸起,旋转凸起与旋转座之间通过旋转柱连接在一起。培养皿上盖的半个边缘上固定设置有培养皿上盖卡板,培养皿底座的半个边缘上固定设置有培养皿底座卡板,培养皿上盖以旋转柱为轴心水平方向旋转,培养皿上盖卡板与培养皿底座卡板可契合为一个整体。本实用新型结构简单,使用方面,易于观察、取样检测和运输。

本实用新型涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别涉及一种血液培养皿。
背景技术:
血液培养是医学临床实验中最重要的检验项目之一,很多种细菌传染病,如肺炎、脑膜炎、泌尿系统感染、腹膜炎、骨髓炎、产后脓毒症、细菌性心内膜炎等发热待查的病人,均有可能因细菌进入血液而引起菌血症,败血症。这种病症属于全身性感染,必须尽快查明血中的病原菌,以给予及时的抗菌性治疗。因此,准确及时的血液培养是必须的,必要的。
现阶段,血液培养器具中常见的是血液培养瓶,广泛用于一些微生物的培养和微量检测。如:流感嗜血杆菌、脑膜炎双球菌、肺炎链球菌、布氏杆菌、心杆菌、金氏杆菌等。通过准确出具这些微生物的检测状况,有利于确诊和质量菌血症、败血症。这种血液培养瓶一般包括瓶体,瓶体相对的侧壁的中上部向外凸起形成固体培养基设置空间。固定培养基粘附在该空间上。这种结构密封性不好,并且不能正面观察细菌生长状况,只能从瓶体侧面观察,这样就不利于取样。且现在血液培养瓶的因其存在凸起的形状也不易于运输管理。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺点,提供一种结构简单,使用方便,便于观察和运输的血液培养皿。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种血液培养皿,包括培养皿底座、培养皿上盖,其中,所述培养皿底座上固定设置有旋转座,所述旋转座的中心位置设置有旋转柱,所述培养皿上盖上设置有旋转凸起,所述旋转凸起与所述旋转座之间通过所述旋转柱连接在一起。
所述培养皿上盖的半个边缘上固定设置有培养皿上盖卡板,所述培养皿底座的半个边缘上固定设置有培养皿底座卡板。
所述培养皿上盖卡板和所述培养皿底座卡板上设置有密封胶条,所述培养皿上盖以所述旋转柱为轴心水平方向旋转,所述培养皿上盖卡板与所述培养皿底座卡板可契合为一个整体。
所述血液培养皿为透明的玻璃或透明的塑料制成。
本实用新型突出优点是:结构简单,使用方便,方便观察和易于运输。
具体如下:
1、培养皿上盖与培养皿底座之间通过旋转座旋转连接,使用时,只需旋出上盖,即露出培养皿的底座空间,可以置入培养基进行血液培养。且旋紧后,由于密封胶条的存在,密封性较好。
2、培养皿整体均为透明材料制成,可以正面观察微生物的状况,没有观察死角,切旋出培养皿上盖后,开口位置很大,有利于取样检测。
3、培养皿整体为圆柱,上下两个面为平面,易于运输和管理。

如图1~图3所示,分别为本实用新型的旋紧状态的俯视图、旋出状态的俯视图、旋出状态的立体图。其中,包括培养皿底座5、培养皿上盖4,所述培养皿底座5上固定设置有旋转座2,所述旋转座2的中心位置设置有旋转柱1,所述培养皿上盖4上设置有旋转凸起,所述旋转凸起与所述旋转座2之间通过所述旋转柱1连接在一起。所述培养皿上盖4的半个边缘上固定设置有培养皿上盖卡板7,所述培养皿底座5的半个边缘上固定设置有培养皿底座卡板6,所述培养皿上盖卡板7和所述培养皿底座卡板6上设置有密封胶条,所述培养皿上盖4以所述旋转柱1为轴心水平方向旋转,所述培养皿上盖卡板7与所述培养皿底座卡板6可契合为一个整体。所述血液培养皿3为透明的玻璃或透明的塑料制成。
本实用新型在使用时,将培养皿上盖4旋出,将培养基置入露出的培养皿底座5的空间内,采血入内,在培养基上进行血液培养,经过一定时间、一定温度的培养,透过血液培养皿,可以观察到培养基上的微生物生长情况,因为培养皿整体为透明材料,有利于医护人员的观察。并且,培养皿上下两面均为平面,有利于运输和管理。

1.一种血液培养皿,包括培养皿底座、培养皿上盖,其特征在于,所述培养皿底座上固定设置有旋转座,所述旋转座的中心位置设置有旋转柱,所述培养皿上盖上设置有旋转凸起,所述旋转凸起与所述旋转座之间通过所述旋转柱连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述血液培养皿,其特征在于,所述培养皿上盖的半个边缘上固定设置有培养皿上盖卡板,所述培养皿底座的半个边缘上固定设置有培养皿底座卡板。
3.根据权利要求2所述血液培养皿,其特征在于,所述培养皿上盖卡板和所述培养皿底座卡板上设置有密封胶条,所述培养皿上盖以所述旋转柱为轴心水平方向旋转,所述培养皿上盖卡板与所述培养皿底座卡板可契合为一个整体。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述血液培养皿,其特征在于,所述血液培养皿为透明的玻璃或透明的塑料制成。
