本实用新型涉及一种对血液样本进行培养的装置,具体地说是一种新型血液样本双相培养瓶。它包括一个上方设有瓶颈的瓶体,其特征是:上方小口瓶颈内装有至少一块培养板,培养板的两侧凹陷,其凹陷部位装有固体培养基,培养板与封盖的底部连接,瓶体下方装有液体培养基,瓶体内的底部设有小磁快。本实用新型具有结构简单、使用方便的优点,它可以直观的观察到细菌的培养情况,更加方便的挑去细菌菌落。

本实用新型涉及一种对血液样本进行培养的装置,具体地说是一种新型血液样本双相培养瓶。
背景技术
在医院临床和医学研究试验中,往往需要对病人的血液和脑脊液等样本进行细菌培养,以便找出致病细菌。现在一般的方法是利用已有的双相培养瓶或者利用血液培养仪器进行培养。由于进口血液培养仪器使用的培养瓶价格昂贵,现行实验室一般采用双相培养瓶进行血液培养。但是现在使用的双相培养瓶由于多是在一个瓶子内部进行,瓶子的下部及瓶子的两侧是培养基,培养结束后对阳性瓶内挑去菌落特别不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现行双相培养瓶存在的缺陷,提供一种新型血液样本双相培养瓶,它可以直观的观察和挑去培养的细菌。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:它包括一个上方设有瓶颈的瓶体,其特征是:上方小口瓶颈内装有至少一块培养板,培养板的两侧凹陷,其凹陷部位装有固体培养基,培养板与封盖的底部连接,瓶体下方装有液体培养基,瓶体内的底部设有小磁块;所述瓶体的一侧开有样本口;所述封盖的顶部设有驱动手柄。
本实用新型具有结构简单、使用方便的优点,它可以直观的观察到细菌的培养情况,更加方便的挑去细菌菌落。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型包括一个上方设有瓶颈的瓶体9,上方小口瓶颈8内装有至少一块培养板2,培养板2的两侧凹陷,其凹陷部位装有固体培养基7,培养板2与封盖3的底部连接,瓶体下方装有液体培养基5,瓶体内的底部设有小磁块6,便于将其放入交变磁场后进行混合;所述瓶体的一侧开有样本口4;所述封盖3的顶部设有驱动手柄1,便于对培养瓶进行搅动。如图3所示,所述培养板2的两侧均设有卡槽10,培养基7固定在卡槽10内,这样可以防止培养基7脱落。

1.一种新型血液样本双相培养瓶,它包括一个上方设有瓶颈的瓶体,其特征是:上方小口瓶颈内装有至少一块培养板,培养板的两侧凹陷,其凹陷部位装有固体培养基,培养板与封盖的底部连接,瓶体下方装有液体培养基,瓶体内的底部设有小磁块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型血液样本双相培养瓶,其特征是:所述瓶体的一侧开有样本口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型血液样本双相培养瓶,其特征是:所述封盖的顶部设有驱动手柄。
