本实用新型涉及一种对生物样本进行分离培养的装置,具体地说是一种生物样本分离培养板。它包括两块培养板,一个管状容器,两块培养板插在管状容器中,培养板的两侧设有一个分叉状接种器,每块培养板的一侧设有凹槽,凹槽内灌装固体培养基,其特征是:两块培养板的顶部分别连接在两个半圆形封盖底部,两个半圆形封盖与管状容器的上端卡合形成密闭封盖,两块培养板之间设有间隙形成卡槽,管状容器的底部中间设有隔板将管状容器底部分成两个样本池,隔板插在卡槽内。本实用新型可以使分析者透过培养板能够方便地观看细菌溶血环,并减少检测成本。

Description

生物样本分离培养板
本实用新型涉及一种对生物样本进行分离培养的装置,具体地说是一种生物样本分离培养板。
背景技术
在医院临床和医学研究试验中,往往需要对病人的粪便、尿液、分泌物及咽喉、耳部、肛门、阴道拭子,痰液等样本进行分析和检测。现在一般的分析检测方法是将样本通过人工划线接种到培养皿上,然后通过培养基和专用仪器设备进行分析。这一操作存在相当大的弊端。由于操作人员在这种情况下极易与样本接触,容易造成传染,对操作人员的身体健康构成严重威胁。另外,在人工操作过程中,由于上述样本还会发出难闻气味,因此它会影响分析和实验员的操作,从而影响分析结果的准确性。申请日为2005年6月16日,申请号为200520096773.0的实用新型专利公开了一种生物样本自动化分离培养板,该专利涉及一种对生物样本进行采集并对样本进行细菌分离培养的培养板。其特征是:方形培养板的两个侧面均设有一个凹进去的平面,该平面上灌装有培养基,封盖的两端开有插孔,插孔内活动插有叉状接种器,接种器的接种环延伸至方形培养板的底部与培养板靠近。所述封盖为圆柱形中空状,其水平面设有凹孔,其两端开有插孔;所述封盖与方形培养板之间设有一个过渡接头;所述接种器由手柄、横梁、接种器臂和接种环组成,手柄固定在横梁的中央,横梁的两端分别连接有两个接种器臂,接种器臂下端为斜向内侧的接种环;所述接种器的横梁下端设有插卡。
这种结构的分离培养仪存在的缺点是:由于这种结构的特点,培养板的两侧都有固体培养基存在,致使无法通过透光的方式观看培养基上所生长的细菌的溶血环等信息。而观看细菌溶血环是微生物培养过程中非常重要的一个环节。另外这种双面培养板结构在样本只需要一种培养基进行分离培养时,往往造成培养基的浪费,造成检测成本增加。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现有产品存在的缺陷,提供一种生物样本分离培养板,它可以使分析者方便观看细菌溶血环,并减少检测成本。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:它包括两块培养板,一个管状容器,两块培养板插在管状容器中,培养板的两侧设有一个分叉状接种器,每块培养板的一侧设有一个或多个凹槽,凹槽内灌装固体培养基,其特征是:两块培养板的顶部分别连接在两个半圆形封盖底部,两个半圆形封盖连在一起形成圆形封盖,与管状容器的上端卡合密闭。两块培养板之间设有间隙形成卡槽,管状容器的底部中间设有隔板将管状容器底部分成两个样本池,隔板插在卡槽内。
本实用新型较好的技术方案是:所述的两块培养板的背面上部通过插销和插孔连接,这样两块培养板可以予以固定并可方便地拆开,实验室操作人员可以透过培养板非常清楚地观看培养板上细菌的溶血环,同时也可以供实验室操作人员根据样本的实际需要有选择地将样本接种到一块培养板或两块培养板上;所述的分叉状接种器的两臂穿过两块培养上端的联接部分,跨过两块培养板的两侧,在培养板的底边的下方连接两个接种环,两个接种环位于样本池中;所述样本池的底部侧面对外设有开放性的开口,用于样本的输入。
本实用新型的优点是:
1)每块培养板可采用透明材质制作,实验室操作人员可以透过培养板非常清楚地观看培养板上细菌的溶血环。
2)每块培养板的一侧灌装固体培养基,两块培养板通过没有灌装培养基的一侧相互靠近,两块培养板的上端紧密联接,通过插销、插孔的方式固定在一起,且非常容易拆开两块培养板之间的联接。两块培养板可以方便地检测两个生物样本,大大降低了检测成本。

如图1、图2所示,本实用新型包括两块培养板1和2,一个管状容器5,两块培养板1和2插在管状容器5中,培养板的两侧设有一个分叉状接种器7,每块培养板的一侧设有一个凹槽3,凹槽内3灌装固体培养基4,两块培养板1和2的顶部分别连接在两个半圆形封盖18和6底部,两个半圆形封盖18和6连在一起形成圆形封盖与管状容器5的上端卡合密闭,两块培养板1和2之间设有间隙形成卡槽10,留有一定间隙既可以避免两块培养板之间的干扰又可以方便固定,管状容器5的底部中间设有隔板11将管状容器底部分成两个样本池12和13,隔板11插在卡槽10内。所述的两块培养板1和2的背面上部通过插销19和插孔20相连接。所述的分叉状接种器7的两臂14和15穿过两块培养板上端的连接部分,跨过两块培养板的两侧,在培养板的底边的下方连接两个接种环8和9,两个接种环8和9分别位于样本池中12和13;如图3所示,所述样本池的底部侧面对外设有开放性的开口16和17,用于样本的输入。
使用时,培养物在管状容器底端的样本池12和13处储留,接种环8和9接触到样本池12和13中的培养物而获取样本,然后随着接种环在固体培养基上的运动进行划线接种。划线完成后放入培养箱进行培养,即可获得细菌生长的菌落。

1.一种生物样本分离培养板,它包括两块培养板,一个管状容器,两块培养板插在管状容器中,培养板的两侧设有一个分叉状接种器,每块培养板的一侧设有凹槽,凹槽内灌装固体培养基,其特征是:两块培养板的顶部分别连接在两个半圆形封盖底部,两个半圆形封盖与管状容器的上端卡合形成密闭封盖,两块培养板之间设有间隙形成卡槽,管状容器的底部中间设有隔板将管状容器底部分成两个样本池,隔板插在卡槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物样本分离培养板,其特征是:所述的两块培养板的背面上部通过插销和插孔连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生物样本分离培养板,其特征是:所述的分叉状接种器的两臂穿过两块培养上端的连接部分,跨过两块培养板的两侧,在培养板的底边的下方连接两个接种环,两个接种环位于样本池中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生物样本分离培养板,其特征是:所述样本池的底部侧面对外设有开放性的开口,用于样本的输入。
