Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种对生物样本进行采集并对样本进行细菌分离培养的仪器,具体地说是一种生物样本自动化分离培养板。它包括一个封盖和与封盖连接成一体的方形培养板,其特征是:方形培养板的两个侧面均设有一个凹进去的平面,该平面上灌装有培养基,封盖的两端开有插孔,插孔内活动插有叉状接种器,接种器的接种环延伸至方形培养板的底部与培养板靠近。本实用新型减少了复杂的采样操作程序,缩短了分离培养时间,避免了操作人员与样本接触而造成的传染,保证了操作人员的健康。

生物样本自动化分离培养板
本实用新型涉及一种对生物样本进行采集并对样本进行细菌分离培养的仪器,具体地说是一种生物样本自动化分离培养板。
                    背景技术
在医院临床和医学研究试验中,往往需要对病人的粪便、尿液、分泌物及咽喉、耳部、肛门、阴道拭子,痰液等样本进行分析和检测。现在一般的分析检测方法是将样本通过人工划线接种到培养皿上,然后通过培养基和专用仪器设备进行分析。这一操作存在相当大的弊端。由于操作人员在这种情况下极易与样本接触,容易造成传染,对操作人员的身体健康构成严重威胁。另外,在人工操作过程中,由于上述样本还会发出难闻气味,因此它会影响分析和实验员的操作,从而影响分析结果的准确性。
                    实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现有产品存在的缺陷,提供一种生物样本自动化分离培养板,它可以取代人工划线接种,从样本的采集到获得分离培养结果实现全部自动化。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:它包括一个封盖和与封盖连接成一体的方形培养板,其特征是:方形培养板的两个侧面均设有一个凹进去的平面,该平面上灌装有培养基,封盖的两端开有插孔,插孔内活动插有叉状接种器,接种器的接种环延伸至方形培养板的底部与培养板靠近。所述封盖为圆柱形中空状,其水平面设有凹孔,其两端开有插孔;所述封盖与方形培养板之间设有一个过渡接头;所述接种器由手柄、横梁、接种器臂和接种环组成,手柄固定在横梁的中央,横梁的两端分别连接有两个接种器臂,接种器臂下端为斜向内侧的接种环;所述接种器的横梁下端设有插卡;所述培养板的底部设有限位孔。
与传统方法和装置相比,本实用新型具有以下特点:
1)实验员就无需再象过去那样,从超量的样本中取出少许样本,减少了操作程序。
2)样本采集管可以为样本中的微生物进行增菌,以有一个较好的分离培养效果。
3)实验员不与样本接触,避免了被样本传染的危险,保证了实验员的身体健康。
4)节约了繁杂的手工程序,使分离培养时间更短。

                    具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型包括一个封盖1和与封盖1连接成一体的方形培养板2,方形培养板2的两个侧面均设有一个凹进去的平面3,该平面上灌装有培养基,封盖1的两端开有插孔4,插孔4内活动插有叉状接种器5,插孔4主要为接种器5提供通道,接种器5的接种环12延伸至方形培养板2的底部与培养板靠近。所述封盖1为圆柱形中空状,其水平面设有凹孔6,其两端开有插孔4;所述封盖1与方形培养板2之间设有一个过渡接头8;所述接种器5由手柄9、横梁10、接种器臂11和接种环组成12,手柄9固定在横梁10的中央,横梁10的两端分别连接有两个接种器臂11,接种器臂11下端为斜向内侧的接种环12;所述接种器的横梁下端设有插卡13,插卡13插入封盖1的凹孔6内,起定位作用;所述培养板的底部设有限位孔7。
接种器的两个接种器臂11相互间的距离较大,两个接种环12相互间的距离很近,即臂部远离培养板,而接种环紧靠培养板,机械手通过控制手柄9提升接种环时,接种环12会紧靠在培养板2的培养基上,使划线效果更好。通过上下、左右移动控制手柄9,接种环12可做垂直移动和水平移动,因此,接种环12可从培养板底端移到培养板的上端。
使用时,培养液在培养室底部与接种环12接触,亦即接种环12通过这种方式获取了样本。然后专用仪器的机械手将会钳夹控制手柄9,让接种环携带其上的样本,通过规律的上下左右移动,将样本划线接种到培养板2上。然后,将专用仪器内的温度保持在35-37度,此温度适宜细菌的生长,在这种环境下一直保持到细菌在培养板2上生长。移动接种环,使沾有培养液(样本)的接种环按照一定方向接种到培养板2的培养基上。根据不同类别的样本,依照样本中的细菌浓度的大小,会有不同的划线方式。临床上生物样本的种类很多,培养板2上可根据需要灌装各种培养基。

1、一种生物样本自动化分离培养板,它包括一个封盖和与封盖连接成一体的方形培养板,其特征是:方形培养板的两个侧面均设有一个凹进去的平面,该平面上灌装有培养基,封盖的两端开有插孔,插孔内活动插有叉状接种器,接种器的接种环延伸至方形培养板的底部与培养板靠近。

4、根据权利要求1所述的一种生物样本自动化分离培养板,其特征是:所述接种器由手柄、横梁、接种器臂和接种环组成,手柄固定在横梁的中央,横梁的两端分别连接有两个接种器臂,接种器臂下端为斜向内侧的接种环。
5、根据权利要求1所述的一种生物样本自动化分离培养板,其特征是:所述接种器的横梁下端设有插卡。
6、根据权利要求1所述的一种生物样本自动化分离培养板,其特征是:所述培养板的底部设有限位孔。
