专利号为02219950.0的中国专利公开了一种软管制管机,该软管制管机的高速复合软管制管机只能生产通过铝塑复合或塑塑复合片材焊接而成的软管,这种软管管体上会有一条焊缝;而无焊缝的软管只能是由全塑挤出管机生产的全塑料软管。这两种软管对于其填充物中含有渗透性强的物质时,不能很好地进行阻隔,会有渗透现象,使软管中的灌装物料变质。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种二次复合铝塑软管制管机,其通过在铝塑复合软管外表面上复合挤出软管,使软管外表面无焊接接缝,同时增加了软管的防渗透性。
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:一种二次复合铝塑软管制管机,其特征在于,其包括外层挤出螺杆、内层挤出螺杆、复合片材输送导轮、复合片材卷安装轴、复合管成形导轮、高频感应加热装置、高频焊刀、焊缝压轮、复合管牵引皮带、复合管成形芯棒、模头、冷却水喷淋头、复合成形套、真空冷却定形水箱、总牵引皮带、测速编码器、同步跟踪底座板和圆切刀,外层挤出螺杆的一端、内层挤出螺杆的一端都与模头连接,复合片材输送导轮、复合片材卷安装轴、复合管成形导轮、高频感应加热装置、高频焊刀、焊缝压轮、复合管牵引皮带顺序地位于模头的一侧,冷却水喷淋头、复合成形套、真空冷却定形水箱、总牵引皮带、测速编码器、同步跟踪底座板和圆切刀顺序地位于模头的另一侧,复合管成形芯棒穿过复合片材卷安装轴、复合管成形导轮、高频感应加热装置、高频焊刀、焊缝压轮、复合管牵引皮带、模头、冷却水喷淋头和复合成形套。
优选地,所述二次复合铝塑软管制管机还包括冷却水管,冷却水管位于复合成形套和真空冷却定形水箱之间。
本实用新型的积极进步效果在于:本实用新型通过在铝塑复合软管外表面上复合挤出软管,使软管外表面无焊接接缝,使软管外形更美观;两种材料的软管的复合,增加了软管的防渗透性,使适用性更加广泛。

如图1所示,本实用新型二次复合铝塑软管制管机包括外层挤出螺杆1、内层挤出螺杆2、复合片材输送导轮3、复合片材卷安装轴4、复合管成形导轮5、高频感应加热装置6、高频焊刀7、焊缝压轮8、复合管牵引皮带9、复合管成形芯棒10、模头11、冷却水喷淋头12、复合成形套13、冷却水管14、真空冷却定形水箱15、总牵引皮带16、测速编码器17、同步跟踪底座板18和圆切刀19,外层挤出螺杆1的一端、内层挤出螺杆2的一端都与模头11连接,复合片材输送导轮3、复合片材卷安装轴4、复合管成形导轮5、高频感应加热装置6、高频焊刀7、焊缝压轮8、复合管牵引皮带9顺序地位于模头11的一侧,冷却水喷淋头12、复合成形套13、冷却水管14、真空冷却定形水箱15、总牵引皮带16、测速编码器17、同步跟踪底座板18和圆切刀19顺序地位于模头11的另一侧,复合管成形芯棒10穿过复合片材卷安装轴4、复合管成形导轮5、高频感应加热装置6、高频焊刀7、焊缝压轮8、复合管牵引皮带9、模头11、冷却水喷淋头12、复合成形套13和冷却水管14。
本实用新型二次复合铝塑软管制管机的工作原理为:铝塑复合片材卷预先安装在复合片材卷安装轴4上,通过一组复合片材输送导轮3,铝塑复合片材进入复合管成形导轮5内,使铝塑复合片材包裹在复合管成形芯棒10上,通过复合管牵引皮带9对铝塑复合管进行牵引输送。同时,高频感应加热装置6工作,使高频焊刀7对铝塑复合管对接处加热来形成焊接缝,再由焊缝压轮8对焊接缝处进行滚压,使焊接牢固。形成铝塑复合管后,由复合管牵引皮带9将铝塑复合管送入模头11内。外层挤出螺杆1和内层挤出螺杆2同时工作,将熔融的PE(Polyethylene,聚乙烯)材料送入模头11内,与送来的铝塑复合管进行复合,包裹在铝塑复合管外表面,形成二次复合。由冷却水喷淋头12喷出的冷水对铝塑复合管进行快速冷却,使铝塑复合管外表面的一层PE材料迅速凝固,进入复合成形套13,对铝塑复合管进行定径,再在真空冷却定形水箱15内进行完全的冷却定形,冷却水管14给冷却水喷淋头12和真空冷却定形水箱15提供冷却水。由总牵引皮带16将二次复合成形的铝塑复合管牵引输送,测速编码器17检测铝塑复合管的速度,控制复合管牵引皮带9、同步跟踪底座板18的速度与总牵引皮带16的速度同步,由圆切刀19对铝塑复合管进行圆切定长,即将铝塑复合管切成需要的长度。

1.一种二次复合铝塑软管制管机,其特征在于,其包括外层挤出螺杆、内层挤出螺杆、复合片材输送导轮、复合片材卷安装轴、复合管成形导轮、高频感应加热装置、高频焊刀、焊缝压轮、复合管牵引皮带、复合管成形芯棒、模头、冷却水喷淋头、复合成形套、真空冷却定形水箱、总牵引皮带、测速编码器、同步跟踪底座板和圆切刀,外层挤出螺杆的一端、内层挤出螺杆的一端都与模头连接,复合片材输送导轮、复合片材卷安装轴、复合管成形导轮、高频感应加热装置、高频焊刀、焊缝压轮、复合管牵引皮带顺序地位于模头的一侧,冷却水喷淋头、复合成形套、真空冷却定形水箱、总牵引皮带、测速编码器、同步跟踪底座板和圆切刀顺序地位于模头的另一侧,复合管成形芯棒穿过复合片材卷安装轴、复合管成形导轮、高频感应加热装置、高频焊刀、焊缝压轮、复合管牵引皮带、模头、冷却水喷淋头和复合成形套。
2.如权利要求1所述的二次复合铝塑软管制管机,其特征在于,所述二次复合铝塑软管制管机还包括冷却水管,冷却水管位于复合成形套和真空冷却定形水箱之间。
