技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种缠绕型预制直埋保温管高密度聚乙烯一次冷却装置。
背景技术:
挤出法可生产聚乙烯管材,高密度聚乙烯管强度较高,适于地下铺设;挤出的片材可进行二次加工;聚乙烯缠绕成型时,挤出机的型材温高易变成不规则状,温低缠的强度低粘结不牢脱层,通过机头温控很难得到理想强度,为了达到理想的粘结强度温度控制在160~200℃之间,在挤出机扁平机头前加入冷却装置,使料坯成一定规格尺寸和一定的温度,一定强度的料坯通过橡胶辊的拖压缠绕到聚氨酯圆柱形表面,形成筒状叠加状外壳体,通过实际生产该装置保证强度要求。

有益效果:
1.因聚乙烯塑化完全后,加之冷却到可缠绕成型温度,几何尺寸规格的料坯缠绕到圆柱形聚氨酯表面,厚度均匀不变形粘接强度好达到国标,连续化生产效率高。
解决了聚乙烯缠绕成型时,挤出机的型材温高易变成不规则状、温低缠的强度低粘结不牢脱层、机头温控很难得到理想强度的问题。

根据实施例1所述的缠绕型预制直埋保温管高密度聚乙烯一次冷却装置,所述的冷却辊一和所述的冷却辊二都包括冷却装置8和加热装置7。
实施例3:
根据实施例1所述的缠绕型预制直埋保温管高密度聚乙烯一次冷却装置,挤出机头挤出宽600mm聚乙烯坯料2,厚度根据产品要求而定,一般在5~15mm厚,通过冷却辊3、加热装置7、冷却装置8进行拉伸和冷却到一定厚度,宽度为400mm,在传动辊4的拖力下,在钢管5的外表面聚氨酯发泡层上均匀缠绕(钢管是匀速旋转前进),冷却辊的钢辊内部是两部分:一半加热一半冷却水循环,作用是保证聚乙烯料坯的温度降低幅度不大,控制在150°~200°范围内,这样缠绕聚乙烯一层压上一层一半的宽度,并且能粘合到一起变成一体,形成缠绕高密度聚乙烯外护管9。

1.一种缠绕型预制直埋保温管高密度聚乙烯一次冷却装置,其组成包括:安装在挤出机架上的挤出机头,其特征是:在所述的挤出机头的前方的机架上安装有冷却辊一,在所述的冷却辊一的下方的所述的机架上安装有冷却辊二,所述的冷却辊一和所述的冷却辊二通过加热线与温控装置连接,所述的冷却辊一和所述的冷却辊二都通过水管与冷却柜连接,所述的冷却辊二的前方的所述的机架上设有传动辊,在所述的传动辊的上方设有钢管,所述的钢管外表面有聚氨酯发泡层的管材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缠绕型预制直埋保温管高密度聚乙烯一次冷却装置,其特征是:所述的冷却辊一和所述的冷却辊二都包括冷却装置和加热装置。
