背景技术
现有哈呋式回转支承是无齿式的,需要另外加装齿轮才能传动,这就使得回转支承的整体径向尺寸加大,从而在狭窄的作业空间范围内不便于维修和更换拆卸,增加了工人的劳动强度,降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种外齿传动哈呋式回转支承,不仅可直接与主动小齿轮啮合传动,提高生产效率,而且节省装配空间,减轻工人的劳动强度。
本实用新型的目的是这样来实现的:一种外齿传动哈呋式回转支承,包括左上半环座圈、右上半环座圈、左下半环座圈、右下半环座圈、滚珠和下导珠半环,剖分式的左、右上半环座圈对应安装在左、右下半环座圈上,在各上、下半环座圈二者之间的各半圆形的上滚道中均对应均布安装滚珠以产生相对回转,在左、右下半环座圈的下滚道中则分别用下导珠半环安装滚珠,其特征是:在左下半环座圈和右下半环座圈的外周上分别均布设置齿,以形成与左下半环座圈和右下半环座圈均一体的剖分式的外齿圈,该外齿圈与主动小齿轮啮合传动,回转时,左上半环座圈和右上半环座圈形成整体的上圈,左下半环座圈和右下半环座圈形成整体的下圈,上圈与下圈相对回转,下圈与下机座固定连接,小齿轮与下圈的外齿圈相啮合并与上圈固定连接,当小齿轮转动时,因为下圈固定,故而小齿轮围绕下圈做行星运动,同时,与小齿轮固定连接的上圈与下圈发生回转,回转时,两个封闭的上、下滚道内的滚珠沿各自的滚道滚动,从而改善了传动结构,节省了装配空间。
本实用新型所提出的外齿传动哈呋式回转支承,结构合理,使用安全可靠,节省了装配空间,减轻了工人的劳动强度,生产效率高。
