列车用踏面清扫器研磨子(闸瓦)能很好改善轮轨粘着,修正踏面形状。研磨子为易耗件,磨耗到限须及时更换,更换频率较高,并且现车上研磨子装卸空间较小,因此要求踏面清扫器研磨子装卸结构简单,安全可靠,并且装卸效率高,而目前国内现用的踏面清扫器闸瓦通过销子及开口销与闸瓦托进行连接,这种结构能使闸瓦与闸瓦托安全可靠连接,但结构复杂,需要的操作空间较大,装卸不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述技术中结构复杂、装卸不方便缺点,提供一种结构简单装卸快速方便的列车用踏面清扫器研磨子装卸结构。
实现本实用新型的技术方案如下:
列车用踏面清扫器研磨子装卸结构,其具有闸瓦托,闸瓦托顶部设置有一矩形空腔,矩形空腔两侧与顶部均设置有矩形槽,矩形空腔内设置有弹性复位装置,矩形空腔两侧的矩形槽各设置有安装钩,弹性复位装置与安装钩固定设置,安装钩上设置有凸台与斜面,凸台设置在矩形槽内,斜面设置在矩形槽外。
所述的弹性复位装置为扭簧,扭簧的本体设置在矩形空腔顶部的矩形槽内,扭簧的两个支脚分别设置在安装钩内。
采用上述方案,列车用踏面清扫器研磨子装卸结构,其具有闸瓦托,闸瓦托顶部设置有一矩形空腔,矩形空腔两侧与顶部均设置有矩形槽,矩形空腔内设置有扭簧,矩形空腔两侧的矩形槽各设置有安装钩,扭簧与安装钩固定设置,安装钩上设置有凸台与斜面,凸台设置在矩形槽内,斜面设置在矩形槽外,扭簧的本体设置在矩形空腔顶部的矩形槽内,扭簧的两个支脚分别设置在安装钩内。安装研磨子时,先将研磨子背板套在闸瓦托上,用力推研磨子,研磨子背板与安装钩斜面部分接触,两安装钩向内受挤压,同时扭簧受扭转力作用发生变形。当安装钩被完全压入闸瓦托矩形空腔中,研磨子背板继续套入闸瓦托直至完全套入。研磨子完全套入闸瓦托后,扭簧复位,安装钩及扭簧回到初始状态,研磨子被牢固地固定在规定位置,本实用新型的有益好处是结构简单,装卸效率高,结构安全可靠,且装卸占用空间小,确保列车用踏面清扫器安全可靠工作,高效改善轮轨粘着。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种列车用踏面清扫器研磨子高效装卸结构,它由扭簧1、安装钩2、闸瓦托3构成。闸瓦托3顶部有一矩形空腔30,矩形空腔30两侧面及顶部均开有矩形槽。两安装钩2从矩形空腔顶部矩形槽32装入,安装钩2斜面部分伸出矩形槽31和矩形槽33,安装钩2上的凸台保证安装钩2不会从矩形空腔两侧矩形槽31,33脱离闸瓦托3。扭簧1两支脚分别安装于两安装钩2安装孔中,扭簧1的扭力使安装钩2紧贴闸瓦托3的矩形空腔内侧。
安装研磨子4时,先将研磨子背板41套在闸瓦托3上,用力推研磨子4,研磨子背板41与安装钩2斜面部分接触,两安装钩2向内受挤压,同时扭簧1受扭转力作用发生变形。当安装钩2被完全压入闸瓦托矩形空腔中,研磨子背板41继续套入闸瓦托3直至完全套入。研磨子4完全套入闸瓦托3后,扭簧1复位,安装钩2及扭簧1回到初始状态,研磨子4被牢固地固定在规定位置。拆卸研磨子4过程与安装过程相反,用外力将安装钩2完全压入闸瓦托3矩形空腔中,扭簧1受扭转力作用发生变形。取出研磨子4,扭簧1复位,安装钩2及扭簧1回到初始状态。

1.列车用踏面清扫器研磨子装卸结构,其特征在于:其具有闸瓦托,闸瓦托顶部设置有一矩形空腔,矩形空腔两侧与顶部均设置有矩形槽,矩形空腔内设置有弹性复位装置,矩形空腔两侧的矩形槽各设置有安装钩,弹性复位装置与安装钩固定设置,安装钩上设置有凸台与斜面,凸台设置在矩形槽内,斜面设置在矩形槽外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的列车用踏面清扫器研磨子装卸结构,其特征在于:所述的弹性复位装置为扭簧,扭簧的本体设置在矩形空腔顶部的矩形槽内,扭簧的两个支脚分别设置在安装钩内。
