[0002] 在农业生产过程中每年将产生大量的生物质,据我国农业部统计:我国每年产生的生物质扣除养殖饲料及其它用途外,尚有6亿吨当量煤的剩余物。生物质在充分燃烧过程中所产生的排放污染仅是矿物煤的十分之一,因此,国际上已将这种可再生资源列为重点项目来开发。现有的生物质燃料设备大多采用追星螺旋轴挤压或环模挤压原理,成型产品为致密的生物质颗粒或致密的生物质棒,其成分完全由生物质构成,因此,这种燃料不仅燃值低,且需要专用炉具,尽管存在上述缺陷,这种生物质燃料设备只能如此,原因是这种生物质设备不允许在生物质中添加其它可燃原料(如:矿物煤或助燃剂),否则生物质燃料将不能成型。
发明内容
[0003] 为了改善生物质燃料的燃烧性能,提高燃烧热值、延长燃烧时间、通用现有市场炉具,本实用新型提供了一种履带式生物质燃料成型机,它采用履带式对板直压原理,因此该设备允许在生物质碎料中添加任何比例的矿物煤或其它添加剂,所产产品燃值高、且不需专用炉具。
[0004] 本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
[0005] 有一总体的框架支撑,上有进料口,进料口下方边沿处横置有胶体溶液喷入管,下方为一螺旋混料搅拌机,用于将进料口进入的生物质原料与胶液混合均匀。螺旋混料搅拌机下方倾斜一螺旋压力推进器,以使混合后的生物质原料在一定压力的状态下斜向恰当的推到由上下履带转动链板构成的斜面前端。上下履带链板构成一个相互同步吻合的闭合模具转动装置,同步由上下履带链板同步齿轮构成。下履带链板同步齿轮轴的另一侧装有皮带轮,皮带轮与减速机相连,减速机通过传动装置与电机相连。当压力推进器将生物质原料推到上下履带转动链板构成的斜面前端时,电机带动上下履带链板同步转动,转动同时将混合生物质原料逐渐压入上下履带链板上的磨具槽,上下履带链板在完全闭合后仍有一定的维持距离,这是用于达到生物质成型后不再涨开所必需的维持时间。履带链板的另一侧与出口相通,出口处有一电机带动的输送带,用以将成型后的生物质燃料送出。[0006] 本实用新型的有益效果是:因采用链板式加胶直压、延时恒压原理,因此,可以将生物质与矿物煤粉或添加剂以任何比例混合,以得到高燃值的燃料,并且无需专用炉具。

具体实施方案:
[0012] 图1中,与矿物煤粉末或其它添加剂混合后的生物质原料由进料口 3进入,进料口下方的胶体溶剂喷头2将胶体溶液喷入,加入胶体溶剂的生物质下落时被高速旋转的搅拌机4充分混合。压力推进器5将混合后下落的生物质原料推向上下履带链板构成的模具成型转动装置前端。由N个履带链板构成的上下6、7旋转带,在动力12、13驱动下由上下履带链板同步齿轮ll同步旋转。履带链板上嵌有模具凹槽(见图2),每块履带链板以横向中心为界,两边各有数个模具凹槽,每个模具凹槽均为整体独立模具的四分之一,这样的履带链板由上下共四块对应闭合,其中心可构成数个完整的模具槽。履带链板上下成型挤压部分上下各有压力托辊,目的是在保证履带正常转动的情况下将履带链板牢固的进行顶压。生物质原料在进入履带链板模具后,仍有一段闭合保压的维持距离(这是因为生物质成型后需5-15秒的维持时间,成型后方不致再涨开),成型后的生物质燃料由出口处皮带输送机运出。全套装置由电脑控制器统一控制。由上述设备所构成的生物质燃料成型机,可以将生物质与矿物煤粉或其它添加剂与任何的比例混合,以得到高密度、高燃值、低污染、低成本的生物质燃料。

- 2. 根据权利要求1所述的履带式生物质燃料成型机,其特征是:每块履带链板以横向中心为界,两边各有数个模具凹槽,每个模具凹槽均为整体独立模具的四分之一,这样的履带链板由上下共四块对应闭合,其中心可构成数个完整的模具槽。
