本实用新型涉及一种用于三圆连体桩排式地下连续墙。
背景技术
常规桩排式地下连续墙,其桩截面为单圆形,采用挖孔或钻孔灌注钢筋混凝土而成,由于是单个成桩,桩体之间互不相连,且存在一定的间隙,这就须在混凝土达到标定强度后,再在两个桩体的结合缝位施以水泥搅拌桩或高压旋喷桩以获得防渗效果,这种桩排式地下连续墙的缺点是不可能促成桩与桩之间紧密连接,且二次堵缝的施工方法,工期也是比较长的,因为水泥搅拌桩的固结时间很长。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种施工速度快、防渗效果好的三圆连体桩排式地下连续墙。
本实用新型的三圆连体桩排式地下连续墙,其特点是地下连续墙由结构相同的三圆连体桩相互拼接而成,所述三圆连体桩的三个圆形桩直径相同,且三圆形桩连体并相切,相邻的三圆连体桩之间也相切。
本实用新型的三圆连体桩排式地下连续墙,与现有的单圆桩排式地下连续墙相比具有以下优点:
1、排列成墙的三个圆,不仅桩身连体,而且和左右相邻桩凝合,不存在桩间隙,也无须再施加水泥搅拌桩或高压旋喷桩,其防渗效果好、安全、可靠;
2、在常规单圆桩排式地下连续墙设计墙体厚度相同的情况下,可省混凝土百分之三十以上;
3、可快速成孔,能有效缩短成桩、成墙施工周期。
