背景技术
目前冷气机上大都使用轴流通风机,这是一种通用机械,产量大、用途广、噪声高。目前已成为污染城市环境的主要噪声源之一。当前,从能源和环境保护角度出发,提高效率与降低噪声已成为风机设计的两项重要指标。现在市场上的冷气机所采用的轴流风叶,存在气流噪声大、效率低的普遍现象。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种风机效率高、噪声降低的新型冷气机要用轴流风机风叶。
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的:本实用新型主要由叶轮轴、风叶组成,其特征在于在机翼型风叶外沿端面上加设有流水线型外挡边,外挡边与风叶端面呈垂直设立。
在本实用新型中,风叶采用整体式结构,整体重量较未加挡边前可减少20%,降低了成本;叶型采用最佳轮毂比,叶片采用变环量进行优化设计方法,并在机翼型线的风叶外径上加流水线型外挡边,增加风叶与风筒之间相对密封性,从而使得本实用新型具有气动性能好、空气流均匀、效率高、噪声低特点。
