Abstract

一种控温型两室水平连铸炉,包括熔炼室和保温室,在熔炼室和保温室之间增加控制铜液流动的石墨控制阀。本实用新型改变了普通两室结构水平连铸炉保温室温度不能控制的缺陷。改进前熔炼室将铜板溶化后铜液直接通过两室之间的通道流到保温室,由于熔炼室的铜液温度明显高于保温室铜液温度,造成保温室的铜液温度不稳定,因而引出的铜锭结晶不好,质量不稳定,铜锭质量较差。改进后的控温型两室结构水平连铸炉把阴极铜板加入到熔炼室熔化,溶化后进行保温,温度达到保温室温度后,打开石墨控制阀将铜液排放到保温室,这样保温室的铜液温度基本无变化,结晶引出的铜锭质量稳定,铜锭质量有明显改善。

本实用新型涉及一种熔铸设备。
背景技术
目前铜加工企业使用的水平连铸炉普遍是普通的两室结构,而我公司目前研制的控温型两室水平连铸炉,改变了普通两室结构水平连铸炉保温室温度变化大的缺陷,普通水平连铸炉的熔炼室将铜板溶化后,铜液直接流到保温室,由于熔炼室的铜液温度明显高于保温室铜液温度,造成保温室的铜液温度不稳定,因而引出的铜锭结晶不好,质量不稳定,铜锭质量较差。控温型两室结构水平连铸炉在普通水平连铸炉的熔炼室和保温室中间安装一个石墨控制阀,熔炼室将铜板溶化后进行保温处理,温度达到保温室的温度后,打开控制阀,将熔炼室的铜液排放到保温室,这样保温室的铜液温度变化较少,结晶引出的铜锭质量稳定,铜锭质量有明显改善。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种控温型两室水平连铸炉,解决常用的熔铸设备生产的铜锭质量不稳定、结晶不好的问题。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种控温型两室水平连铸炉,包括熔炼室和保温室,在熔炼室和保温室之间增加控制铜液流动的石墨控制阀。
控温型两室结构水平连铸炉在普通水平连铸炉的熔炼室和保温室中间安装一个石墨控制阀,熔炼室将铜板溶化后进行保温处理,温度达到保温室的温度后,打开控制阀,将熔炼室的铜液导入保温室,这样保温室的铜液温度变化较少,结晶引出的铜锭质量稳定。

如图1所示,本实用新型所述的一种控温型两室水平连铸炉,包括熔炼室1和保温室2,在熔炼室1和保温室2之间增加控制铜液流动的石墨控制阀3。
控温型两室1、2结构水平连铸炉在普通水平连铸炉的熔炼室1和保温室2中间安装一个石墨控制阀3,熔炼室1将铜板溶化后进行保温处理,温度达到保温室的温度后,打开控制阀3,将熔炼室1的铜液排放到保温室2,这样保温室2的铜液温度变化较少,结晶引出的铜锭质量稳定,铜锭质量有明显改善。
