Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种烟化炉熔池,包括水套,该水套中设有由耐火材料和诸多锚固件制成的内衬。本实用新型能降低烟化炉的煤耗,大幅地延长水套的使用寿命,杜绝水套穿孔泄漏带来的安全隐患,使整个烟化炉吹炼更加安全、稳定,达到节能降耗安全生产的目的。

本实用新型涉及一种烟化炉熔池。
背景技术
烟化炉广泛应用于有色冶金企业,以回收炉渣中的有价金属。现有的烟化炉熔池通常由水冷水套形成。水套大多采用锅炉钢板制作,其内壁长期受剧烈搅动的高温熔渣的冲刷、腐蚀,加之是周期性作业,冷热交替剧变,热应力很大,大大降低了水套的使用寿命,并存在相当大的安全隐患。长期以来,水套寿命短成为提高炉子作业率、金属回收率和改善其他冶炼指标的主要瓶颈。寻求突破此瓶颈的技术已成为当务之急。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型旨在提供一种能有效减少烟化吹炼的煤耗,延长水套使用寿命,工作安全可靠的烟化炉熔池。
本实用新型提供的这种烟化炉熔池,包括水套,该水套中设有由耐火材料和诸多锚固件制成的内衬。
所述锚固件焊接在水套上,耐火材料采用具有抗烟化炉渣浸蚀及快速修补功能的耐火材料,内衬的厚度为20-50mm。所述锚固件采用直钉或弯钉。锚固件材质采用与水套之内板相同的材质,锚固件布置密度为:1000~2300kg/m2
本实用新型烟化炉熔池由于在水套内增设了内衬,与现有技术具有如下优点:
(1)能大幅度的减少水套的冷却水带走热量,降低烟化炉的煤耗,达到节能降耗的目的;
(2)大幅地延长水套的使用寿命及提高产能的同时,降低消耗,提高有价金属的回收率;
(3)杜绝了水套穿孔泄漏带来的安全隐患。
总而言之,本实用新型烟化炉熔池,使整个烟化炉吹炼更加安全、稳定,并且在节省了能源的同时,也延长了设备使用寿命。

具体实施方式:
从图1-图3可以看出,本实用新型的这种烟化炉熔池具有水套1、内衬2,其中内衬2由焊接在水套1上的锚固件3和具有抗烟化炉渣浸蚀及快速修补功能的耐火材料捣筑而成,耐火材料的捣筑厚度为20-50mm,锚固件3采用直钉31或弯钉32,其布置密度为:1000~2300kg/m2,材质采用与水套1之内板相同的材质。水套1由若干水套板11围成,各水套板之间的位置为内衬留膨胀缝的位置,如图1所示膨胀缝4。
本实用新型通过一些工程的实施试用,明显减少了烟化吹炼的煤耗,延长了水套的使用寿命。

1.一种烟化炉熔池,包括水套(1),其特征在于所述水套(1)中设有由耐火材料和诸多锚固件(3)制成的内衬(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述烟化炉熔池,其特征在于所述锚固件(3)焊接在水套(1)上,耐火材料采用具有抗烟化炉渣浸蚀及快速修补性能的耐火材料,耐火材料的捣筑厚度为20-50mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述烟化炉熔池,其特征在于所述锚固件采用直钉或弯钉。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述烟化炉熔池,其特征在于所述水套由若干水套板(11)围成,各水套板之间的位置为所述内衬留膨胀缝的位置。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述烟化炉熔池,其特征在于所述锚固件材质采用与水套(1)之内板相同的材质,锚固件布置密度为:1000~2300kg/m2
