Abstract
一种具备调节功能的风咀,包括阀体和阀板,阀板通过转动螺杆与阀体丝扣连接,电机装在阀板内并与转动螺杆联结。阀体上安装有行程开关,与之相对应,阀板上安装有限位片。本实用新型结构简单紧凑、风量调节自动、有利于空调节能和室内新风供风回风的自动控制。

本实用新型涉及一种气流控制阀,具体是一种具备调节功能的风咀。
背景技术:
现有的空调通风管道及其出风口,一般都没有安装气流控制阀,以至室内无人时,空调冷风或热风仍然送入室内,另外空调冷风或热风也不能根据室内温度变化自动调节其流量,这样就造成了能量的损失,不利于节能和室内温度环境的舒适宜人。
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:解决上述现有技术存在的问题,而提供一种结构简单紧凑、风量调节电动、有利于空调节能和室内新风环境自动控制的具备调节功能的风咀。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:这种具备调节功能的风咀,包括阀体和阀板,阀板通过转动螺杆与阀体丝扣连接,电机装在阀板内并与转动螺杆联结。
上述技术方案中,阀体上安装有行程开关,阀板上安装有限位片。
上述技术方案中,阀板边沿还安装有密封环。
本实用新型的风咀装在新风供风回风管道或装在空调系统风管内,由电机带动螺杆旋转升降、驱动阀板开合调节,电动调节新风供风量及回风量,调节空调系统冷风风量或热风风量,在室内无人或者温度过低或过高时,减少或关闭空调系统供风量,在室内空气质量欠佳时,自动调节新风供风量,因而有利于自动控制室内空气质量和室内温度环境,有利于空调节能和室内空气质量的提高。

具体实施方式:
参见图1,本实用新型包括阀体1和阀板2,阀板2通过转动螺杆3与阀体1丝扣连接,电机4装在阀板内并与转动螺杆3联结。阀体1上安装有行程开关5,与之相对应,阀板2上安装有限位片7。阀板边沿还安装有密封环6,使阀板与阀体闭合时,密封好。

1.一种具备调节功能的风咀,其特征在于包括阀体和阀板,阀板通过转动螺杆与阀体丝扣连接,电机装在阀板内并与转动螺杆联结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具备调节功能的风咀,其特征在于阀体上安装有行程开关,阀板上安装有限位片。
