技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种气流控制阀, 具体是一种具备调节功能的风咀。 背景技术:
现有的空调通风管道及其出风口,一般都没有安装气流控制阀, 以至 室内无人时, 空调冷风或热风仍然送入室内, 另外空调冷风或热风也不能 根据室内温度变化自动调节其流量,这样就造成了能量的损失, 不利于节 能和室内温度环境的舒适宜人。
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是: 解决上述现有技术存在的问题, 而提供一种结构简单紧凑、风量调节电动、有利于空调节能和室内新风环 境自动控制的具备调节功能的风咀。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是: 这种具备调节功能的风咀, 包括阀体 和阀板, 阀板通过转动螺杆与阀体丝扣连接, 电机装在阀板内并与转动螺 杆联结。
上述技术方案中, 阀体上安装有行程开关, 阀板上安装有限位片。 上述技术方案中, 阀板边沿还安装有密封环。
本实用新型的风咀装在新风供风回风管道或装在空调系统风管内,由 电机带动螺杆旋转升降、驱动阀板开合调节, 电动调节新风供风量及回风 量,调节空调系统冷风风量或热风风量,在室内无人或者温度过低或过高 时, 减少或关闭空调系统供风量, 在室内空气质量欠佳时, 自动调节新风 供风量, 因而有利于自动控制室内空气质量和室内温度环境,有利于空调 节能和室内空气质量的提高。

具体实施方式:
参见图 1, 本实用新型包括阀体 1和阀板 2, 阀板 1通过转动螺杆 3 与阀体 1丝扣连接, 电机 4装在阀板内并与转动螺杆 3联结。 阀体 1上安 装有行程开关 5, 与之相对应, 阀板 2上安装有限位片 7。 阀板边沿还安 装有密封环 6, 使阀板与阀体闭合时, 密封好。

1、 一种具备调节功能的风咀, 其特征在于包括阀体和阀板, 阀板通 过转动螺杆与阀体丝扣连接, 电机装在阀板内并与转动螺杆联结。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的具备调节功能的风咀, 其特征在于阀体上 安装有行程开关, 阀板上安装有限位片。
