本实用新型涉及一种过线孔保护胶圈。
背景技术
车辆所使用的线缆要穿过许多金属等硬质材料孔，才能伸向需要连接的位置。由于车辆运动连带着线缆的振动，会造成金属等硬质材料锋利的边口刮伤线缆绝缘表面，甚至切断导线。所以人们在线缆外层裹覆塑料泡沫以减少金属边口刮伤线缆，但这种塑料泡沫本身也容易被硬质材料边口刮伤刺破，所以该手段不能有效解决硬质材料边口刮伤线缆问题
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种避免硬质材料边口刮伤线缆的过线孔保护胶圈。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是通过这样的技术方案实现的，过线孔保护胶圈的外周面是一台阶面，台阶面上靠台阶根部设有一环槽，环槽内沿周向均匀分布有凸台，凸台沿胶圈径向的外端面与所述台阶面齐平，凸台沿胶圈轴向的一端与环槽侧壁连为一体，另一端与环槽侧壁之间留有间隙，该间隙构成为该胶圈的卡装槽。
由于在硬质材料边口固定安装了过线孔保护胶圈，线缆外层与过线孔保护胶圈柔软的内周面接触，避免了线缆表面与硬质材料坚硬锋利的边口接触，从而有效解决硬质材料边口刮伤线缆的问题。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本实用新型具有如下的优点：过线孔保护胶圈固定安装在硬质材料边口，防止线缆受到损伤。

如图1、图2、图3所示，本实用新型所述过线孔保护胶圈的外周面是一台阶面1，台阶面1上靠台阶根部设有一环槽2，环槽2内沿周向均匀分布有凸台3，凸台3沿胶圈径向的外端面与所述台阶面齐平，凸台3沿胶圈轴向的一端与环槽2侧壁连为一体，另一端与环槽侧壁之间留有间隙4，该间隙构成为该胶圈的卡装槽。
过线孔保护胶圈的外周面设定为台阶面1的目的是在硬质材料孔上安装胶圈时便于定位。设置环槽2并在环槽2内通过设置凸台3来构成胶圈的卡装槽，既可以减少材料，便于模具制造，同时也增强整个胶圈的弹性，以便于安装。
凸台3与环槽侧壁之间留有间隙4。该间隙4便于将过线孔保护胶圈卡装在硬质材料的薄壁边口上。
本实用新型过线孔保护胶圈采用柔软的橡胶材料，更有利于保护线缆。胶圈的轴向两侧面与外周面和内周面之间均采用圆弧面过渡。

1.一种过线孔保护胶圈，其特征在于：它的外周面是一台阶面(1)，台阶面(1)上靠台阶根部设有一环槽(2)，环槽(2)内沿周向均匀分布有凸台(3)，凸台(3)沿胶圈径向的外端面与所述台阶面齐平，凸台(3)沿胶圈轴向的一端与环槽(2)侧壁连为一体，另一端与环槽侧壁之间留有间隙(4)，该间隙构成为该胶圈的卡装槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种过线孔保护胶圈，其特征在于：胶圈的轴向两侧面与外周面和内周面之间均为圆弧面过渡。
