本实用新型涉及一种风力发电机部件,尤其涉及一种用于带罩风力机的叶片。
背景技术
风力发电机的效率首先取决于风力机的效率。风力机的叶片外带有外罩的风力发电机称为带罩风力机,带罩风力机的效率明显高于普通风力机。但是,带罩风力机的发展普及受到多种因素的制约。带罩风力机的外罩内侧和叶片之间的间隙与风力机效率密切相关,减小该间隙可使风力机效率提高,但是过小的间隙将提高对加工制作精度的要求;另外,外罩内侧冰雪的堆积将使旋转的叶片破损。这是制约带罩风力机发展普及的主要因素之一。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于,以尽量简单的技术手段降低对加工制作的要求,同时保证带罩风力机运转的可靠性,在保证外罩内侧与叶片之间的间隙的前提下,减小叶片的破损。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种用于带罩风力机的叶片,叶片包括基础部分和柔性材质的叶尖部分,叶尖部分设置在基础部分外端部。
本实用新型的叶片具有柔性材质的叶尖部分,可减小外罩内侧与叶片之间的间隙,结构简单、取材方便,加工制作精度低;即使碰撞发生,叶尖能顺势变形,避免损坏。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本实用新型的叶片用于带罩风力机,包括基础部分1和叶尖部分2。基础部分1的长度比全尺寸叶片短,材料是碳纤或玻璃纤维等常规形式。叶尖部分2设置在基础部分1的外端部,采用柔性材料,优选采用橡胶或硅胶。
本实用新型的叶片结构简单、取材方便。当叶片安装到带罩风力机时,可以使外罩内侧与叶片之间的间隙较小,在提高风力机效率的同时,并没有提高对加工制作精度的要求。即使带罩风力机的外罩内侧遭遇冰雪堆积,或者异物滞留,旋转的叶片发生碰撞时,叶尖能顺势变形,避免损坏。
