本实用新型涉及一种保温板。
背景技术
目前，在冷库等行业中需要保温材料，故而将保温材料设置在冷库等板上，实现保温的目的，现有的保温板的保温性能较差，尤其在板与板之间的连接处的密封保温性能较差，导致了整体的保温性能下降。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：为了解决上述存在的缺点与不足，提供一种保温板。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种保温板，面板本体包括前期浇注成型的外侧板和在外侧板围成的方形框架内进行浇注成型的内芯板，由于内芯板的外围具有外侧板，内芯板为密度较低的泡沫材料浇注形成，节约了材料。
进一步，为了使得板块之间的连接紧密，保温的效果好，外侧板外侧面的相对称面一面为凸面，另一面为与凸面相吻合的凹面。
为了进一步加强保温的性能，外侧板为致密性高的泡沫材料浇注而成或为PVC挤塑型材。
为了更好地对保温板的连接，面板本体上设置有偏心钩。
本实用新型的外侧板通过致密性较高的泡沫材料浇注形成凹模饰材或是凸模饰材，将一块凹模饰材和一块凸模饰材两两对称放置形成方形结构的外侧板，对其进行固定，然后在其中间进行浇注，浇注的材料的密度较外侧板低，节约了材料。同时在保温板上设置有偏心钩，通过偏心钩对保温板进行连接，由于外侧板为凹模饰材或凸模饰材，在板之间进行拼接时的凸模饰材与凹模饰材进行温和连接，加强的面板之间的致密性，使得面板之间的气体流动缓慢、较少，起到了很好的保温效果。
本实用新型的有益效果是，本实用新型的保温板，保温的效果好，且制造的过程简单，节省材料。

如图1所示的最佳实施方式的保温板，具有面板本体1，面板本体1包括前期浇注成型的外侧板1-1和在外侧板1-1围成的方形框架内进行浇注成型的内芯板1-2，外侧板1-1外侧面的相对称面一面为凸面，另一面为与凸面相吻合的凹面，外侧板1-1为致密性高的泡沫材料浇注而成，面板本体1上设置有偏心钩2。
如图2所示的保温板，外侧板1-1中间为凸面，且凸面上设置有偏心钩2。
如图3所示的保温板，外侧板1-1中间为凹面，且凹面上设置有偏心钩2。
图中所示的凹面与凸面相吻合，连接时保温板的凸面与另一保温板的凹面相结合，同时通过偏心钩2进一步连接，使得保温板之间的连接紧凑，保温性能较高。
本实用新型实施时，先用致密性较高的泡沫进行浇注外侧板1-1，且外表面为凹面或凸面，将外侧板1-1放置在方形模具内进行固定为方形框架，然后在方形框架内浇注致密性稍低的泡沫形成内芯板1-2，使得内芯板1-2与外侧板1-1之间连接紧密，无缝隙，且节约材料，同时在保温板上设置有偏心钩2，在每块保温板进行连接时，通过偏心钩2相连，由于外侧板1-1的外侧面为凹面或是凸面，通过凹面与凸面的相吻合连接，提高了面板之间的连接紧凑性，使得气体之间的流动性减弱，提高了保温的性能。

3.根据权利要求1所述的保温板，其特征是：所述的外侧板(1-1)为致密性高的泡沫材料浇注而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保温板，其特征是：所述的外侧板(1-1)为PVC材料挤塑型材。
5.根据权利要求1所述的保温板，其特征是：所述的面板本体(1)上设置有偏心钩(2)。
