Abstract
本实用新型涉及插扣技术领域,具体地说涉及插扣头和插扣。插扣头其中一端为插接端,插接端的左右两侧分别滑动设置有可拆卸的扣脚;插扣包括插扣主体和上述的插扣头,插扣头与插扣主体插扣配合;插扣中的插扣头采用分离式的扣脚,扣脚不易被折断或损坏,且插扣头能够进行维修和更换扣脚。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及插扣技术领域,具本地说涉及插扣头和插扣。
背景技术:
插扣包括插扣配合的插扣头和插扣主体,图1所示,插扣头1其中一端为插接端2,插扣头1相对于插接端2的另一端为连接端10,通过连接端10能够在插扣头1穿设背带等连接物;插接端2用于与相对应的插扣主体插接配合,插接端2的左右两侧分别延伸出一个弹性插接脚20,在插扣头1的插接过程中,弹性插接脚20依靠自身的弹性变形而卡入到插扣主体上的扣位中,实现插扣配合,同理,在解开插扣时,亦需按压弹性插接脚20,使弹性插接脚20从插扣主体上的扣位中退出,方可解开插扣。然而,在插扣的使用过程,插接脚20经过多次折弯会产生疲劳效应,插接脚20易被折断,由于插接脚20是与插扣头1一体成型出来的,一旦插接脚20被折断,插扣头1则不能使用,而且插扣头1不可维修,整个插扣或插扣头1都需要更换。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足提供一种插扣头,插扣头采用分离式的扣脚,扣脚不易被折断或损坏,且插扣头能够进行维修和更换扣脚。
本实用新型的另一目的在于针对现有技术的不足提供一种插扣,插扣中的插扣头采用分离式的扣脚,扣脚不易被折断或损坏,且插扣头能够进行维修和更换扣脚。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种插扣头,插扣头其中一端为插接端,插接端的左右两侧分别滑动设置有可拆卸的扣脚。
扣脚与插接端之间设置有将扣脚向外弹出的弹性件。
插接端的左右两侧分别开设有垂直于插扣头的插接方向的导向槽,扣脚上成型平行于导向槽的导轨,扣脚的导轨滑动套设在插接端的导向槽内。
插接端的两侧分别开设有限位槽,扣脚上固定有限位钉,限位钉插入在限位槽中。
弹性件为弹簧,弹簧的第一端套设在扣脚内侧面的柱体上,弹簧的第二端抵顶于插接端的内侧面。
扣脚的末端向内弯曲,扣脚的末端成型为导向曲面。
插扣头相对于插接端的另一端为连接端。
一种插扣,包括插扣主体和上述的插扣头,插扣头与插扣主体插扣配合。
本实用新型的有益效果:插扣头其中一端为插接端,插接端的左右两侧分别滑动设置有可拆卸的扣脚;插扣头采用分离式的扣脚,扣脚不易被折断或损坏,且插扣头能够进行维修和更换扣脚。
本实用新型的另一有益效果:插扣包括插扣主体和上述的插扣头,插扣头与插扣主体插扣配合;插扣中的插扣头采用分离式的扣脚,扣脚不易被折断或损坏,且插扣头能够进行维修和更换扣脚.

具体实施方式:
实施例一
插扣头,见附图2至3,插扣头1其中一端为插接端2,插接端2用于与相对应的插扣主体插接配合,插扣主体是一相对独立的部件,(图中未画出插扣主体);插扣头1相对于插接端2的另一端为连接端10,通过连接端10能够在插扣头1穿设背带等连接物。
所述插接端2的左右两侧分别滑动设置有可拆卸的扣脚3。扣脚3是可以拆卸出来的,扣脚3是一个独立的部件,扣脚3可更换,使插扣头1成为一个可维修的部件。更为重要的是,扣脚3是可滑动的,扣脚3通过滑动方式实现插扣动作,而不是通过弯曲变形来实现插扣动作,因此,扣脚3的结构强度更高,扣脚3更加坚实耐用,扣脚3不容易被损坏,扣脚3更加不容易被折断。
进一步指出插接端2的左右两侧分别开设有导向槽5,导向槽5垂直于插扣头1的插接方向,扣脚3上成型平行于导向槽5的导轨6,扣脚3的导轨6滑动套设在插接端2的导向槽5内。所述扣脚3与插接端2之间设置有将扣脚3向外弹出的弹性件4,插接端2的左侧面的凹槽和插接端2左侧的扣脚3形成一卡扣位,插接端2的右侧面的凹槽和插接端2右侧的扣脚3形成一卡扣位。插接端2的两侧分别开设有限位槽8,扣脚3上固定有限位钉7,限位钉7插入在限位槽8中。
在安装扣脚3时,只要将插扣头1的插接端2的左右两侧分别装入弹簧并插入相应的扣脚3,再装上限位钉7,即完成插扣头1的组装工作,组装工作简单方便。相反,在拆卸插扣头1时,只需将限位钉7拆出,即可取出插扣头1的插接端2的左右两侧的扣脚3和弹簧,拆卸工作更加简单方便。而且,插扣头1上的扣脚3和弹簧都是能够更换的,方便维修。
所述弹性件4为弹簧,弹簧的第一端套设在扣脚3内侧面的柱体上,弹簧的第二端抵顶于插接端2的内侧面。所述扣脚3的末端9向内弯曲,扣脚3的末端9成型为导向曲面。
导向槽5和导轨6的设置,使扣脚3能够沿设定的方向滑动,具体地说,导向槽5和导轨6的设置使扣脚3只能沿垂直于插扣头1的插接方向滑动。在插扣头1与相对应的插扣主体插接时,扣脚3受压向插扣头1的内侧方向滑动,在扣脚3超越插扣主体上的卡位后,扣脚3在弹簧的作用下向外弹出,扣脚3将插扣头1锁紧于插扣主体上,实现连接动作。相反,在解开插扣时,对扣脚3施加压力,扣脚3受压向插扣的内侧方向滑动,插扣头1处于解锁状态,此时,插扣头1能够与插扣主体分离,在插扣头1与插扣主体分离后,扣脚3在弹簧的作用下向外弹出,扣脚3复位。
实施例二
插扣,包括插扣主体和上述的插扣头,插扣头与插扣主体插扣配合。插扣头与实施例一所述的插扣头相同,在此不再进行赘述。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的较佳实施例,故凡依本实用新型专利申请范围所述的构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均包括于本实用新型专利申请范围内。
Claims (8)
1.一种插扣头,插扣头(1)其中一端为插接端(2),其特征在于:插接端(2)的左右两侧分别滑动设置有可拆卸的扣脚(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种插扣头,其特征在于:扣脚(3)与插接端(2)之间设置有将扣脚(3)向外弹出的弹性件(4)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种插扣头,其特征在于:插接端(2)的左右两侧分别开设有垂直于插扣头(1)的插接方向的导向槽(5),扣脚(3)上成型平行于导向槽(5)的导轨(6),扣脚(3)的导轨(6)滑动套设在插接端(2)的导向槽(5)内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种插扣头,其特征在于:插接端(2)的两侧分别开设有限位槽(8),扣脚(3)上固定有限位钉(7),限位钉(7)插入在限位槽(8)中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种插扣头,其特征在于:弹性件(4)为弹簧,弹簧的第一端套设在扣脚(3)内侧面的柱体上,弹簧的第二端抵顶于插接端(2)的内侧面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种插扣头,其特征在于:扣脚(3)的末端(9)向内弯曲,扣脚(3)的末端(9)成型为导向曲面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种插扣头,其特征在于:插扣头(1)相对于插接端(2)的另一端为连接端(10)。
8.一种插扣,包括插扣主体,其特征在于:它还包括权利要求1至7之一所述的插扣头(1),插扣头(1)与插扣主体插扣配合。
