Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of insert buckles, in particular to an insert buckle head and an insert buckle, wherein one end of the insert buckle head is an inserting end; left and right sides of the inserting end are slidably provided with a detachable buckle pin respectively; and the insert buckle comprises an insert buckle body and the insert buckle head which are inserted, buckled and matched with each other. The insert buckle head and the insert buckle have the advantages that: as the insert buckle head in the insert buckle adopts the detachable buckle pins, the buckle pins are difficult to break off or damage; the insert buckle head can be maintained; and the buckle pins can be replaced.
Description
- The present invention relates to the technical fields of insert buckles, in particular to an insert buckle head and an insert buckle. The application is based on the Chinese utility model patent application No.200920058481.6 filed Jun. 16, 2009, the entire contents of which are incorporated by reference in the present application.
- An insert buckle in the prior art comprises an insert buckle head and an insert buckle body which are inserted, buckled and matched with each other. As illustrated in
FIG. 1 , one end of theinsert buckle head 1 is aninserting end 2, and the other end of theinsert buckle head 1 opposite to the insertingend 2 is a connectingend 10; theinsert buckle head 1 can be provided with a connecting object such as braces by penetration through the connectingend 10; theinserting end 2 is used for being inserted and matched with the corresponding insert buckle body; and an elastic insertingpin 20 is respectively extended out of left and right sides of theinserting end 2. When theinsert buckle head 1 is inserted, the elastic insertingpins 20 are clamped into clamping positions on the insert buckle body by virtue of the elastic deformation of the elastic insertingpins 20 so as to realize the inserting and buckling matching. Similarly, when the insert buckle is released, the elasticinserting pins 20 should be pressed as well, and the insert buckle can only be released after the elastic insertingpins 20 are driven to be withdrawn from the clamping positions on the insert buckle body. However, when the insert buckle is used, the elastic insertingpins 20 can produce a fatigue effect after repeated bending and thus are easy to break off. As the elastic insertingpins 20 and theinsert buckle head 1 are subject to integrated forming, theinsert buckle head 1 cannot be used again once the elastic insertingpins 20 are broken off. Moreover, as theinsert buckle head 1 cannot be maintained, the whole insert buckle or the wholeinsert buckle head 1 should be replaced. - The invention aims to provide an insert buckle head for overcoming the defects in the prior art. As the insert buckle head adopts detachable buckle pins, the buckle pins are difficult to break off or damage. Moreover, the insert buckle head can be maintained, and the buckle pins can be replaced.
- Another aim of the invention is to provide an insert buckle for overcoming the defects in the prior art. As the insert buckle head in the insert buckle adopts the detachable buckle pins, the buckle pins are difficult to break off or damage. Moreover, the insert buckle head can be maintained, and the buckle pins can be replaced.
- In order to achieve the aims, the invention adopts the technical proposal that:
- An insert buckle head, wherein one end of the insert buckle head is an inserting end the left and right sides of which are slidably provided with a detachable buckle pin respectively.
- Elastic components for ejecting out the buckle pins are arranged between the buckle pins and the inserting end.
- The left and right sides of the inserting end are provided with a guiding groove perpendicular to the insertion direction of the insert buckle head respectively; guide rails parallel to the guiding grooves are formed on the buckle pins; and the guide rails of the buckle pins are sleeved into the guiding grooves of the inserting end.
- Both sides of the inserting end are provided with a stop slot respectively, and stop pins are fixed on the buckle pins and inserted into the stop slots.
- The elastic components are springs, wherein first ends of the springs are sleeved on post bodies on inner faces of the buckle pins, and second ends of the springs lean against the inner face of the inserting end.
- Tails ends of the buckle pins are bent inwards and formed into guiding cambers.
- The other end of the insert buckle head opposite to the inserting end is a connecting end.
- An insert buckle, comprising an insert buckle body and the insert buckle head, wherein the insert buckle head and the insert buckle body are inserted, buckled and matched with each other.
- The invention has the advantages that: one end of the insert buckle head is the inserting end the left and right sides of which are slidably provided with the detachable buckle pin respectively; as the insert buckle head adopts the detachable buckle pins, the buckle pins are difficult to break off or damage; the insert buckle head can be maintained; and the buckle pins can be replaced.
- The invention also has the advantages that: the insert buckle comprises the insert buckle body and the insert buckle head which are inserted, buckled and matched with each other; as the insert buckle head in the insert buckle adopts the detachable buckle pins, the buckle pins are difficult to break off or damage; the insert buckle head can be maintained; and the buckle pins can be replaced.

FIG. 3 is a decomposition diagram of theembodiment 1 of the invention. - The embodiment relates to an insert buckle head. As illustrated in
FIGS. 2 and 3 , one end of theinsert buckle head 1 is aninserting end 2; theinserting end 2 is used for being inserted and matched with a corresponding insert buckle body which is a comparatively independent component (the insert buckle body is not shown in the figures); and the other end of theinsert buckle head 1 opposite to the insertingend 2 is a connectingend 10 through which theinsert buckle head 1 can be provided with a connecting object such as braces by penetration. - Left and right sides of the
inserting end 2 are slidably provided with adetachable buckle pin 3 respectively. Thebuckle pins 3 are detachable, are independent components, and can be replaced, thus theinsert buckle head 1 is a maintainable component. More importantly, the buckle pins are slidable and implement the inserting and buckling action by means of sliding and not by means of bending deformation. Therefore, thebuckles pins 3 have higher structure strength, and are firmer and more durable, difficult to damage, and more difficult to break off. - Furthermore, the left and right sides of the
inserting end 2 are provided with a guidinggroove 5 respectively; the guidinggrooves 5 are perpendicular to the insertion direction of theinsert buckle head 1;guide rails 6 parallel to the guidinggrooves 5 are formed on thebuckle pins 3; theguide rails 6 of thebuckle pins 3 are sleeved into the guidinggrooves 5 of the insertingend 2;elastic components 4 for ejecting out thebuckle pins 3 are arranged between thebuckle pins 3 and theinserting end 2; a clamping position is formed by a groove on the left face of theinserting end 2 and abuckle pin 3 on the left side of theinserting end 2, and another clamping position is formed by a groove on the right face of the insertingend 2 and abuckle pin 3 on the right side of theinserting end 2; both ends of theinserting end 2 are provided with astop slot 8 respectively; andstop pins 7 are fixed on thebuckle pins 3 and inserted into thestop slots 8. - When the
buckle pins 3 are assembled, the assembly of theinsert buckle head 1 can be completed only by respectively mounting the left and right sides of theinserting end 2 of theinsert buckle head 1 into springs, inserting thecorresponding buckle pins 3, and mounting thestop pins 7, thereby the assembly is simple and convenient. In contrast, when theinsert buckle head 1 is disassembled, thebuckle pins 3 and the springs on the left and right sides of theinserting end 2 of theinsert buckle head 1 can be taken out only by removing thestop pins 7, thereby the disassembly is simpler and more convenient. Moreover, both thebuckle pins 3 and the springs on theinsert buckle head 1 are replaceable, thus the maintenance is convenient. - The
elastic components 4 are the springs, wherein first ends of the springs are sleeved on post bodies on inner faces of thebuckle pins 3, and second ends of the springs lean against the inner face of theinserting end 2. Tail ends of the buckle pins are bent inwards and formed into guiding cambers. - Due to the arrangement of the guiding
grooves 5 and theguide rails 6, thebuckle pins 3 can slide along a specified direction. More specifically, due to the arrangement of the guidinggrooves 5 and theguide rails 6, thebuckle pins 3 can only slide along the insertion direction perpendicular to theinsert buckle head 1. When theinsert buckle head 1 is inserted into the corresponding insert buckle body, thebuckle pins 3 are pressurized and slide towards the inner side direction of theinsert buckle head 1; and after the buckle pins exceed the clamping positions on the insert buckle body, the buckle pins are ejected out under the action of the springs to fasten theinsert buckle head 1 on the insert buckle body, consequently the connection is realized. In contrast, when the insert buckle is released, pressure is exerted on thebuckle pins 3, and thebuckle pins 3 are pressurized and slide towards the inner side direction of the insert buckle, consequently theinsert buckle head 1 is released and can be separated from the insert buckle body at the time. After theinsert buckle head 1 is separated from the insert buckle body, thebuckle pins 3 are ejected out under the action of the springs and thus restored. - The embodiment relates to an insert buckle, which comprises an insert buckle body and the insert buckle head which are inserted, buckled and matched with each other. As the insert buckle head is the same with that illustrated in the
embodiment 1, no further description is made on the embodiment again. - The embodiments illustrated are preferred embodiments of the invention, so equivalent changes or modifications made on the structure, the characteristics and the principle according to the scope of the patent application of the invention are all included within the scope of the patent application of the invention.
Claims (24)
1. An insert buckle head, one end of the insert buckle head being an inserting end, wherein left and right sides of the inserting end slidably provided with a detachable buckle pin respectively.
2. The insert buckle head according to claim 1 , wherein elastic components for ejecting out the buckle pins are arranged between the buckle pins and the inserting end.
3. The insert buckle head according to claim 1 , wherein a guiding groove perpendicular to the insertion direction of the insert buckle head is respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the inserting end; guide rails parallel to the guiding grooves are formed on the buckle pins; and the guide rails of the buckle pins are slidably sleeved into the guiding grooves of the inserting end.
4. The insert buckle head according to claim 3 , wherein both sides of the inserting end are provided with a stop slot respectively; and stop pins are fixed on the buckle pins and inserted into the stop slots.
5. The insert buckle head according to claim 4 , wherein the elastic components are springs; first ends of the springs are sleeved on post bodies on inner faces of the buckle pins; and second ends of the springs lean against the inner face of the inserting end.
6. The insert buckle head according to claim 5 , wherein tail ends of the buckle pins are bent inwards and formed into guiding cambers.
7. The insert buckle head according to claim 6 , wherein the other end of the insert buckle head opposite to the inserting end is a connecting end.
8. An insert buckle, comprising an insert buckle body, wherein the insert buckle also comprising the insert buckle head according to claim 1 , and the insert buckle head and the insert buckle body inserted, buckled and matched with each other.
9. The insert buckle head according to claim 2 , wherein a guiding groove perpendicular to the insertion direction of the insert buckle head is respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the inserting end; guide rails parallel to the guiding grooves are formed on the buckle pins; and the guide rails of the buckle pins are slidably sleeved into the guiding grooves of the inserting end.
10. The insert buckle head according to claim 9 , wherein both sides of the inserting end are provided with a stop slot respectively; and stop pins are fixed on the buckle pins and inserted into the stop slots.
11. The insert buckle head according to claim 10 , wherein the elastic components are springs; first ends of the springs are sleeved on post bodies on inner faces of the buckle pins; and second ends of the springs lean against the inner face of the inserting end.
12. The insert buckle head according to claim 11 , wherein tail ends of the buckle pins are bent inwards and formed into guiding cambers.
13. The insert buckle head according to claim 12 , wherein the other end of the insert buckle head opposite to the inserting end is a connecting end.
14. An insert buckle, comprising an insert buckle body, wherein the insert buckle also comprising the insert buckle head according to claim 2 , and the insert buckle head and the insert buckle body inserted, buckled and matched with each other.
15. An insert buckle, comprising an insert buckle body, wherein the insert buckle also comprising the insert buckle head according to claim 3 , and the insert buckle head and the insert buckle body inserted, buckled and matched with each other.
16. An insert buckle, comprising an insert buckle body, wherein the insert buckle also comprising the insert buckle head according to claim 4 , and the insert buckle head and the insert buckle body inserted, buckled and matched with each other.
17. An insert buckle, comprising an insert buckle body, wherein the insert buckle also comprising the insert buckle head according to claim 5 , and the insert buckle head and the insert buckle body inserted, buckled and matched with each other.
18. An insert buckle, comprising an insert buckle body, wherein the insert buckle also comprising the insert buckle head according to claim 6 , and the insert buckle head and the insert buckle body inserted, buckled and matched with each other.
19. An insert buckle, comprising an insert buckle body, wherein the insert buckle also comprising the insert buckle head according to claim 7 , and the insert buckle head and the insert buckle body inserted, buckled and matched with each other.
20. An insert buckle, comprising an insert buckle body, wherein the insert buckle also comprising the insert buckle head according to claim 9 , and the insert buckle head and the insert buckle body inserted, buckled and matched with each other.
21. An insert buckle, comprising an insert buckle body, wherein the insert buckle also comprising the insert buckle head according to claim 10 , and the insert buckle head and the insert buckle body inserted, buckled and matched with each other.
22. An insert buckle, comprising an insert buckle body, wherein the insert buckle also comprising the insert buckle head according to claim 11 , and the insert buckle head and the insert buckle body inserted, buckled and matched with each other.
23. An insert buckle, comprising an insert buckle body, wherein the insert buckle also comprising the insert buckle head according to claim 12 , and the insert buckle head and the insert buckle body inserted, buckled and matched with each other.
24. An insert buckle, comprising an insert buckle body, wherein the insert buckle also comprising the insert buckle head according to claim 13 , and the insert buckle head and the insert buckle body inserted, buckled and matched with each other.
