Abstract

本实用新型为一种加速灌装碳粉装置,该装置结构为:在硒鼓粉仓灌粉口盖上一个含有两个小孔的橡胶套,一个小孔连接一导气软管,导气软管的另一端连接负压气源;另一个小孔上连接一下粉嘴。通过负压气源对粉仓内部进行抽真空,用负压引力吸吮功能,将碳粉吸入粉仓内。本实用新型可以大大提高硒鼓灌粉的速度,提高硒鼓生产效率,并且结构简单,操作方便,成本低廉;同时还可减少碳粉颗粒在灌装过程中的逸散,保护环境。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及负压加速技术领域,特别适用于利用负压对打印机用硒鼓灌注碳粉的领域。
背景技术
目前,对静电成像系统用硒鼓灌粉的方法是将直径明显小于灌粉口的下粉管直接插入粉仓内,通过排出粉仓内的空气法进行灌粉。这种方法在排出空气的过程中也带出了大量碳粉颗粒,存在污染大,灌粉速度慢等问题。
发明内容
为了加快灌粉速度,减少空气中碳粉的溢出量,本实用新型提供一种利用负压加速灌粉的装置。
本实用新型技术方案如下:
设计一个含有两个小孔的橡胶套,橡胶套顶部含有两个边缘层,外沿略短于灌粉口的高度,内沿高2mm~8mm,橡胶套的两个小孔分别与下粉嘴和导气软管相连;一小孔孔径与下粉嘴外径相同,另一小孔孔径与所用导气软管的外径相同;导气软管的另一端连接负压气源,下粉嘴与可以定量出粉的灌粉机出粉口相连。其中导气软管管径为2mm~40mm,下粉嘴与导气软管进入粉仓部分为5mm~40mm,两孔橡胶套两边缘套在硒鼓粉仓灌粉口上。通过负压气源对粉仓内部进行抽真空,使粉仓内的负压为0kpa~-25kpa;打开下粉嘴,利用负压引力吸吮功能将碳粉吸入粉仓。灌装完碳粉后,将两孔橡胶套取下,灌粉口用封口盖盖紧。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
A无粉尘污染,有利于保障加粉人员的身体健康;
B不会造成对硒鼓的损伤,降低成本;
C灌粉速度快,且简单易行,通用,密封好;
D所用下粉嘴及橡胶塞可反复使用,有利于节约。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,灌粉时将两孔橡胶套(3)加盖在硒鼓粉仓(5)灌粉口(4)上,橡胶套(3)上的较小的孔(33)上连接一导气软管(2),导气软管(2)的另一端连接负压气源(6),橡胶套(3)上较大的孔(31)上连接下粉嘴(1),下粉嘴(1)与可以定量出粉的灌粉机出粉口相连。开启气源(6),对粉仓(5)内部抽真空15s,将粉仓(5)内空气抽出,使粉仓(5)内压力小于外界压力;打开灌粉机,使其定量的碳粉进入下粉嘴(1),在负压引力吸吮下,碳粉颗粒可快速落入粉仓(5)内部;灌装完定量碳粉后,关闭负压气源(6),将两孔橡胶套(3)取下,灌粉口用封口盖盖紧。

1.一种加速灌粉装置,其特征在于,在硒鼓粉仓灌粉口上套一个含有两小孔的橡胶套,两个小孔分别与导气软管和下粉嘴连接,导气软管的一端连接负压气源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加速灌粉装置,其特征在于:橡胶套顶部含有两个边缘层,外沿短于灌粉口的高度,内沿高2~8mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的橡胶套,其特征在于:橡胶套的一个孔径与下粉嘴外径相同,另一孔径与所用导气软管的外径相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的加速灌粉装置,其特征在于:所述的负压压强范围为0kpa~-25kpa。
5.根据权利要求1所述的加速灌粉装置,其特征在于:所述的导气软管直径为2mm~40mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的加速灌粉装置,其特征在于:下粉嘴与导气软管进入粉仓部分为5mm~40mm。
