一种新型带凸台的轴承衬套,包括装配轴承的衬套本体,所述本体呈台阶式,在本体的装配轴承端的外沿加工出一个凸台,所述凸台呈环状。对应所述凸台,所装配的轴承要求至少外圈加工有环状倒角,所述倒角与凸台对位卡紧,使轴承不会与衬套分离,这样不仅轴承在衬套上转动灵活而且又不会卡死。同时要求轴承衬套与轴承之间的配合为间隙配合,这样由于衬套与轴承间是间隙配合,轴承的游隙就不会发生变化,轴承的精度也没有破坏,又简化了控制轴承的游隙的步骤。这样加工,不但可以提高工效,满足精密产品加工的要求,提高产品等级。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轴承装配零件,具体的说是一种轴承装配的轴承衬套。
背景技术
现在轴承与衬套的装配一般依靠衬套与轴承的过盈配合,这样装配后轴承的游隙难以控制,浪费了人力物力,增加了加工工时,增加了成本。
而如果采用间隙配合来进行装配轴承衬套和轴承,显然不能满足装配的需要,间隙配合使轴承与衬套之间的游隙仍然无法控制。
所以,基于上述问题,如果能设计出一种采用间隙配合的轴承衬套,又能很好的控制游隙,那么将会满足现在客户的需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型带凸台的轴承衬套,解决了轴承衬套与轴承之间过盈配合的轴承的游隙难以控制,增加了加工工时,成本高的问题。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种新型带凸台的轴承衬套,包括装配轴承的衬套本体,所述本体呈台阶式,在本体的装配轴承端的外沿加工出一个凸台,所述凸台呈环状。
对应所述凸台,所装配的轴承要求至少外圈加工有环状倒角,所述倒角与凸台对位卡紧,使轴承不会与衬套分离,这样不仅轴承在衬套上转动灵活而且又不会卡死。

如图1-2所示,本实用新型实施例所述的新型带凸台的轴承衬套1,包括装配轴承的衬套本体1,所述本体1呈台阶式,在本体1的装配轴承端的外沿加工出一个凸台3,所述凸台3呈环状。
对应所述凸台3,所装配的轴承2要求至少外圈加工有环状倒角4,所述倒角4与凸台3对位卡紧,使轴承2不会与衬套1分离,这样不仅轴承2在衬套1上转动灵活而且又不会卡死。
同时要求轴承衬套1与轴承2之间的配合为间隙配合,这样由于衬套1与轴承2间是间隙配合,轴承2的游隙就不会发生变化,轴承2的精度也没有破坏,又简化了控制轴承的游隙的步骤。这样加工,不但可以提高工效,满足精密产品加工的要求,提高产品等级。

1.一种新型带凸台的轴承衬套,包括装配轴承的衬套本体,其特征在于,在本体的装配轴承端的外沿加工出一个凸台。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承衬套,其特征在于,对应所述凸台,所装配的轴承的外圈加工有环状倒角,所述倒角与凸台对位卡紧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轴承衬套,其特征在于,轴承衬套与轴承之间的配合为间隙配合。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的轴承衬套,其特征在于,所述本体呈台阶式。
5.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的轴承衬套,其特征在于,所述凸台呈环状。
