Abstract

本实用新型提供一种工业窑炉用的窑炉防面板烟熏结构,窑炉高温区燃料在窑内燃烧生成的高温烟气通过窑墙间隙向窑外散热,传统窑炉烟气透过孔砖缝隙传热到上部侧墙保温棉板,保温棉板再散热到面板,使面板被烟气熏黑。本实用新型是在保温棉板下部加挡烟板,目的在于防止烟气与保温棉板接触,延长保温棉板的使用寿命,并防止面板被烟气熏黑。

本实用新型涉及工业炉窑技术领域,特指一种涉及窑炉防面板烟熏结构。
背景技术:
传统工业窑炉侧窑墙的上部保温棉板下部往往是裸露在空气中,在窑炉高温区阶段窑内气体是形成正压状态,气体在窑内向窑炉侧墙两边散热,使用高温烟气会由于孔砖塞散棉不严密产生的间隙而冒出,高温烟气通过间隙与保温棉板接触,会导致保温棉板受高温烟气所腐蚀并散热给窑体外侧面板,使面板受高温传热而产生熏黑的情况,这样不仅影响了窑炉的外观,而且也大大减少了窑炉面板的使用寿命。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于改进窑炉侧墙安装保温棉板方式,防止面板被烟气熏黑,提供一种使用寿命长,外观保护好的窑炉防面板烟熏结构。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的技术方案为:窑炉防面板烟熏结构,包括有陶瓷纸、挡烟板、保温棉毯,陶瓷纸放在窑炉侧架托棉铁板上,挡烟板一头放在陶瓷纸上,一头放在孔砖上,再用保温棉毯覆盖在挡烟板上部和侧面,再安装窑炉侧墙保温棉板,使保温棉板下部不用裸露在空气中,不会和窑炉内所渗透出的高温烟气直接接触。
所述的挡烟板为堇青石-莫来石材质。
本实用新型的工作过程为:高温烟气通过塞孔砖散棉间隙冒出,烟气接触到挡烟板,通过传热给挡烟板,再传热到保温棉毯后,最终传热到达给保温棉板的热量已经很少,使面板通过保温棉板吸收的散热也会相应的减少,从而实现面板不会被烟气熏黑。
本实用新型通过上述结构方案的实施,与原有结构相比,在保温棉板下部增加了挡烟板和保温棉毯,使高温烟气向外传热后不直接和保温棉板接触,因此保温棉板就不会把高温烟气散热给面板,这样窑炉在使用过程中面板就不会被高温烟气熏黑,保护了面板的外观,并增加了面板的使用寿命。

见附图1-图2所示,本实用新型的较佳实施例窑炉防面板烟熏结构,包括有陶瓷纸2、挡烟板3、保温棉毯4,窑内烟气通过孔砖1塞散棉的缝隙向窑外散热,烟气通过挡烟板3,再通过保温棉毯4传热给保温棉板5,保温棉板5在挡烟板3和保温棉毯4的保护下,使从孔砖1渗透出的烟气不会传热到5(保温棉板)。

1.窑炉防面板烟熏结构,包括有挡烟板(3)、陶瓷纸(2)、保温棉毯(4),其特征在于:陶瓷纸(2)放置在窑架托棉铁板上,挡烟板(3)一头搭在陶瓷纸上,一头搭在孔砖(1)上,再用保温棉毯(4)放置在挡烟板(3)上部及侧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的窑炉防面板烟熏结构,其特征在于:所述的挡烟板(3)为堇青石-莫来石材质。
