技术领域:
本实用新型涉及半导体照明领域,尤其是大功率半导体发光二极管照明灯具的散热装置。
背景技术:
目前,由于半导体照明节省电力应用逐渐广泛,LED的应用照明灯具多是采用在传统照明的灯具内简单安装LED灯的结构,这样的灯具散热性不好。而LED的使用环境温度要求不能超过60摄氏度,许多灯具不能达到这个要求,因此造成LED的可靠性和使用寿命下降。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种散热面积大,散热效率高LED灯散热模组。
在底板的纵向中间向上设置与散热体定位的中间卡扣,两侧设置与散热体连接固定的侧卡扣;散热体和底板之间设置多个安装槽。
散热体上设置通风孔和散热管孔。
散热片顶端设置锯散热齿。
散热管孔和安装槽中设置贯通迴转的散热管。
散热体与底板之间的连接通过侧卡扣挤压实现紧配合。
本实用新型采用整体多鳍片散热外加散热管高效散热,故散热面积大,散热性好。加工工艺简单,生产成本低。

具体实施方式:
它包括底板(8)以及在其上叠加的由多组散热片(7)组成的散热体(9);在底板(8)的纵向中间向上设置与散热体(9)定位的中间卡扣(5),两侧设置与散热体(9)连接固定的侧卡扣(2);散热体(9)和底板(8)之间设置多个安装槽(3)。散热体(9)上设置通风孔(6)和散热管孔(10)。散热片(7)顶端设置锯散热齿(1)。散热管孔(10)和安装槽(3)中设置贯通迴转的散热管(4)。散热体(9)与底板(8)之间的连接通过侧卡扣(2)挤压实现紧配合。

1、一种LED灯散热模组,它包括底板以及在其上叠加的由多组散热片组成的散热体,其特征在于:在底板的纵向中间向上设置与散热体定位的中间卡扣,两侧设置与散热体连接固定的侧卡扣;散热体和底板之间设置多个安装槽。
2、如权利要求1所述的LED灯散热模组,其特征在于:散热体上设置通风孔和散热管孔。
3、如权利要求1所述的LED灯散热模组,其特征在于:散热片顶端设置锯散热齿。
4、如权利要求2所述的LED灯散热模组,其特征在于:散热管孔和安装槽中设置贯通迥转的散热管。
5、如权利要求1所述的LED灯散热模组,其特征在于:散热体与底板之间的连接通过侧卡扣挤压实现紧配合。
