串联式自动扶梯,普通自动扶梯:包括履带式和阶梯式扶梯,分上行和下行两组为一套,两组分别设有独立电动机组驱动装置,这必将浪费大量的电能。串联式自动扶梯,其组成包括:驱动电机(1),所述的驱动电机连接齿盘轴(2),所述的齿盘轴连接主动齿盘(3),所述的主动齿盘上连接传送带(4),所述的传送带经过其他三个被动齿盘(5)形成封闭结构,所述的传送带下有滑道(6)。本实用新型用于自动输送。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种扶梯,具体涉及一种节约能源的串联式自动扶梯。
背景技术:
普通自动扶梯:包括履带式和阶梯式扶梯,分上行和下行两组为一套,两组分别设有独立电动机组驱动装置。每组由电动机组(包括减速器)、齿盘、齿盘轴、滑道、传送带(阶梯式的阶梯固定在传送带上)等组成,传送带是循环封闭的,由齿盘和滑道固定和支撑与地面呈一定角度<45°向上,上端与上层搂面搭接、固定,工作运转时,由电动机组带动齿盘轴,齿盘拖动传送带运动,根据传送带运动方向分为上行和下行。其缺点为其使用场合的特殊性,两台设有独立驱动装置,这必将浪费大量的电能,同时也使扶梯部件产生不必要的磨损及疲劳损伤,虽然现有新技术——变频节能技术——在无人乘坐时降低或停止运转时,电机的输出功率减少,达到少量节能,但效果仍不理想。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种串联式自动扶梯,这种串联式自动扶梯结构简单,同时能够有效地节约电能。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
串联式自动扶梯,其组成包括:驱动电机,所述的驱动电机连接齿盘轴,所述的齿盘轴连接主动齿盘,所述的主动齿盘上连接传送带,所述的传送带经过其他三个被动齿盘形成封闭结构,所述的传送带下有滑道。
本实用新型的有益效果:
1.本实用新型把两台扶梯串联成一体,用下行的人体势能平衡上行的人体势能,减少了驱动电机的做功,同时节省了一套驱动装置,又减轻了驱动电机的负载,实现节能降耗省成本的效果。
2.本实用新型结构简单,便于应用及操作。

串联式自动扶梯,其组成包括:驱动电机1,所述的驱动电机连接齿盘轴2,所述的齿盘轴连接主动齿盘3,所述的主动齿盘上连接传送带4,所述的传送带经过其他三个被动齿盘5形成封闭结构,所述的传送带下有滑道6。根据传送带运转的方向分为上行和下行,完成上行和下行的传送人的作用。
