本发明涉及一种节约能源的串联电梯。
背景技术
传统的电梯多是曳引式电梯,主要有一个轿厢和一个配重装置,中间用曳引钢丝绳连接,通过曳引机组的曳引轮带动曳引钢丝绳而驱动轿厢和配重装置一上一下工作,配重装置是用来平衡升降物体重量而减轻电机功率的,其缺点是:配重装置的重量是固定不变的,平衡的范围也是有限的。由于其使用场合的特殊性,人体势能(电梯对人体作功升到一定高度而具备一定的势能)没有充分利用而损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种串联电梯,这种串联电梯结构简单,便于操作,同时能够有效地节约电能。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:串联电梯,其组成包括:机架,所述的机架两侧分别具有升降电梯的滑道,所述的机架上安装曳引机组,所述的曳引机组连接曳引轮,所述的曳引轮通过曳引钢丝绳连接两个滑轮,所述的曳引钢丝绳的两端通过调节螺栓固定在所述的机架上,所述的两个滑轮分别连接左轿厢和右轿厢。
本发明的有益效果:1.因升降电梯现已广泛应用于密集流动人口场所,有上有下随机变化无常,如把具有一定势能下行人的重量总和加以利用,来平衡上行人的重量总和,S-X<S(S-表示上行人数重量总和,X-表示下行人数重量总和),减轻了电动机所需带动的负荷,延长电动机使用的寿命,达到节能降耗的作用。本发明巧妙地利用了“能量守恒转换”原理,利用原有升降电梯技术和部件,用第二个轿厢(重量与第一个轿厢相同)代替配重装置与第一轿厢串联,用曳引钢丝绳、曳引轮连接,曳引机组驱动曳引轮,形成一个在上行极限点,另一个在下行极限点,完成一上一下平衡体系,把两个骄厢用曳引钢丝绳串联连接为一体,通过下行人体的重量和上行人体重量的来平衡,减轻了电动机所需带动的负荷。2.本发明增加一个轿厢,扩大1倍升降能力;两个轿厢相互配重平衡,节省了配重装置的成本。3.本发明的两组升降电梯用一套曳引机组装置驱动,节省另一套曳引机组装置的成本及节约电能。
