技术领域
本实用新型涉及单晶硅拉制领域,特别是一种防腐蚀单晶炉上炉体。
背景技术
单晶硅是具有基本完整的点阵结构的晶体,是一种良好的半导材料,用于制造半导体器件、太阳能电池等。单晶硅是用高纯度的多晶硅在单晶炉内拉制而成。硅片直径越大,技术要求越高,越有市场前景,价值也就越高。因此,对单晶硅拉制装置及拉制工艺的改进将对半导体工业产生深远的影响。现有的单晶硅拉制装置为单晶炉,它是由炉底、下炉室、上炉室、炉盖、翻板箱、副室六大部分组成。现有的单晶炉上炉体是用双层不锈钢材料制成的,其内层和外层之间有水夹层,在拉制单晶硅的过程中,在水夹层充入水以降低内壁的温度。但是,水中含有许多的矿物质,水在加热后容易在水夹层内形成水垢,对单晶炉造成腐蚀,缩短其使用寿命。
发明目的
本实用新型主要是针对上面提到的单晶炉上炉体的水夹层在拉制单晶硅过程中容易受到腐蚀的问题,提供一种抗腐蚀性能好的单晶炉上炉体。
实现本实用新型的技术方案如下:
防腐蚀单晶炉上炉体,其包括炉体内层、炉体外层,用来连接炉盖的上接口和用来连接下炉体的下接口,所述的炉体内层与炉体外层之间设置有水夹层,在炉体外层设置有与水夹层相通的进水孔座、出水孔座和镁棒接口,镁棒接口的位置靠近进水孔座,镁棒接口中插有镁棒。
因为现有的单晶炉上炉体是用不锈钢材料制成的,在拉制单晶硅的过程中,在单晶拉制过程中,水通过进水孔座进入水夹层,水从出水孔座流出,对单晶炉上炉体进行冷却,降低其温度,因为现有的单晶炉上炉体是用不锈钢材料制成的,在水中含有很多的矿物质,这些矿物质会对水夹层造成一定的腐蚀,而镁是比铁更活跃的金属,在水夹层内插入镁棒后,镁将代替单晶炉上炉体的铁与水中的矿物质发生化学反应,对单晶炉上炉体水夹层起到保护作用,延长单晶炉上炉体的寿命。

具体实施方式
防腐蚀单晶炉上炉体,其包括炉体内层7、炉体外层8,用来连接炉盖的上接口1和用来连接下炉体的下接口6,所述的炉体内层7与炉体外层8之间设置有水夹层9,在炉体外层8设置有与水夹层9相通的进水孔座5、出水孔座2和镁棒接口3,镁棒接口3的位置靠近进水孔座5,镁棒接口3中插有镁棒4。
进水孔座5设置于炉体外层8靠近下接口6的位置,出水孔座2设置于炉体外层8靠近上接口1的位置,镁棒接口3与炉体外层8之间为液密封配合。
在单晶拉制过程中,水通过进水孔座5进入水夹层9,水从出水孔座2流出,对单晶炉上炉体进行冷却,降低其温度,因为现有的单晶炉上炉体是用不锈钢材料制成的,在水中含有很多的矿物质,这些矿物质会对水夹层造成一定的腐蚀,而镁是比铁更活跃的金属,在水夹层内插入镁棒4后,镁将代替单晶炉上炉体的铁与水中的矿物质发生化学反应,对单晶炉上炉体水夹层9起到保护作用,延长单晶炉上炉体的寿命。

1、防腐蚀单晶炉上炉体,其包括炉体内层、炉体外层,用来连接炉盖的上接口和用来连接下炉体的下接口,其特征为:所述的炉体内层与炉体外层之间设置有水夹层,在炉体外层设置有与水夹层相通的进水孔座、出水孔座和镁棒接口,镁棒接口的位置靠近进水孔座,镁棒接口中插有镁棒。
2、根据权利要求1所述的防腐蚀单晶炉上炉体,其特征在于:所述的进水孔座设置于炉体外层侧面靠近下接口的位置。
3、根据权利要求1所述的防腐蚀单晶炉上炉体,其特征在于:所述的出水孔座设置于炉体外层侧面靠近上接口的位置。
4、根据权利要求1所述的防腐蚀单晶炉上炉体,其特征在于:所述的镁棒接口设置于炉体外侧面靠近下接口的位置。
5、根据权利要求1所述的防腐蚀单晶炉上炉体,其特征在于:所述的镁棒接口与炉体外层之间为液密封配合。
