Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种轴承复合式防尘盖,包括防尘盖和柔性圈,所述防尘盖具有轴套及与轴套一体的挡板,挡板由内环体、外环体以及连接在内环体和外环体之间的过渡锥体构成;所述柔性圈内孔具有径向凹槽,柔性圈有与径向凹槽一侧连接并向内延伸的侧挡边,防尘盖的外环体安装在柔性圈的径向凹槽,且防尘盖的部分外环体及过渡锥体与柔性圈的侧挡边相接。本实用新型能方便将复合防尘盖安装在轴承的外圈上,提高制造和装配成品率,能对轴承内的润滑脂进行密封,较好地防止尘埃进入轴承内部,提高深沟球轴承的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轴承复合式防尘盖,属于深沟球轴承技术领域。
背景技术
用于轴承的防尘盖安装在轴承内圈和外圈之间,主要是起着防尘作用,以防止大颗粒的污染物进入轴承工作区域从而使轴承早期破环。而深沟球轴承的防尘盖采用金属冲压加工而成,防尘盖的外圆周加工成等分的卷边齿,将防尘盖安装在轴承上时,必须采用模具进行冲压铆合,使防尘盖齿部产生变形后紧配在外圈的安装槽内,从而使防尘盖与外圈实现紧配连接。但这种结构的防尘盖需采用多次冲压成形,加工工序繁琐。再则,防尘盖装配时必须采用铆合工艺,而铆合模的制造较为复杂,由于铆合质量较难控制,易出现防尘盖与外圈松配问题以及防尘盖铆合变形导致碰撞外圈等质量缺陷,影响防尘盖加工以及轴承装配的合格率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种安装方便,提高制造和装配成品率的轴承复合式防尘盖。
本实用新型为达到上述目的的技术方案是:一种轴承复合式防尘盖,其特征在于:包括防尘盖和柔性圈,所述防尘盖具有轴套及与轴套一体的挡板,挡板由内环体、外环体以及连接在内环体和外环体之间的过渡锥体构成;所述柔性圈内孔具有径向凹槽,柔性圈有与径向凹槽一侧连接并向内延伸的侧挡边,防尘盖的外环体安装在柔性圈的径向凹槽,且防尘盖的部分外环体及过渡锥体与柔性圈的侧挡边相接。
本实用新型采用复合防尘盖,防尘盖的外环体安装在柔性圈的径向凹槽内,因此防尘盖的外沿部分能用柔性圈替代卷边齿,装配时仅需将柔性圈部分手工按入外圈的安装槽内即可,装配简单、方便、快捷,大幅度降低了零件加工过程中的废品率,并提高了装配合格率。本实用新型采用钢制件的防尘盖与柔性圈结合的方式,即保证了防尘盖的机构强度,又便于安装,尤其采用柔性圈安装在外圈的安装槽内,可补偿因尺寸公差造成装配影响,解决了防尘盖与外圈松配以及碰外圈现象。本实用新型将柔性圈设置在轴承内圈的安装槽内,由于能使防尘盖与轴承外圈紧密结合,既能对轴承内的润滑脂进行密封,又能较好地防止尘埃进入轴承内部,提高深沟球轴承的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型轴承复合式防尘盖,包括防尘盖1和柔性圈2,本实用新型的防尘盖1具有轴套1-1及与轴套1-1一体的挡板,该挡板由内环体1-2、外环体1-4以及连接在内环体1-2和外环体1-4之间的过渡锥体1-3构成,可采用冲压制成。本实用新型的柔性圈2内孔具有径向凹槽2-2,柔性圈2有与径向凹槽2-2一侧连接并向内延伸的侧挡边2-1,该柔性圈2由合成橡胶制成,防尘盖1的外环体1-4安装在柔性圈2的径向凹槽2-2内,将柔性圈2安装在防尘盖1上,同时,柔性圈2的侧挡边2-1与防尘盖上的部分外环体1-4和过渡锥体1-3相接,能增加柔性圈2与防尘盖1的接触面积。见图1所示,该柔性圈2的外圆周面还具有斜面2-4,以方便将柔性圈2安装在轴承外圈的安装槽内,柔性圈2位于侧挡边2-1的外侧面设有球形凹槽环2-3,能方便将柔性圈2安装在防尘盖上,并增加储存润滑脂量的空间,使其具有较好的工艺性。

1、一种轴承复合式防尘盖,其特征在于:包括防尘盖(1)和柔性圈(2),所述防尘盖(1)具有轴套(1-1)及与轴套(1-1)一体的挡板,挡板由内环体(1-2)、外环体(1-4)以及连接在内环体(1-2)和外环体(1-4)之间的过渡锥体(1-3)构成;所述柔性圈(2)内孔具有径向凹槽(2-2),柔性圈(2)有与径向凹槽(2-2)一侧连接并向内延伸的侧挡边(2-1),防尘盖(1)的外环体(1-4)安装在柔性圈(2)的径向凹槽(2-2),且防尘盖(1)的部分外环体(1-4)及过渡锥体(1-3)与柔性圈(2)的侧挡边(2-1)相接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轴承复合式防尘盖,其特征在于:所述的柔性圈(2)的外圆周面具有斜面(2-4),且柔性圈(2)位于侧挡边(2-1)的外侧面设有球形凹槽环(2-3)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的轴承复合式防尘盖,其特征在于:所述的柔性圈(2)由合成橡胶制成。
