Abstract

一种真空玻璃支撑物具有的环形/柱形的支撑体,在所述支撑体的上下表面的至少之一上形成至少一个其深度不大于所述支撑体厚度的开槽。支撑体的材料选取可以是金属材料,也可以是非金属材料,例如不锈钢和镍、镉和其它硬度足够的金属材料或合金,也可以是陶瓷、特种玻璃等。

真空平板玻璃支撑物
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种真空平板玻璃的新结构支撑物。
背景技术
众所周知,真空玻璃的基本结构是两片正对、尺寸基本相同的平板玻璃在周边密闭后抽真空形成了真空夹层,从而实现隔热、隔声的物理性能,在建筑设施的应用上前景广阔。夹在两片玻璃之间阵列排列的支撑物承担着巨大的压力。在已有技术中使用的真空平板玻璃的支撑物的结构有圆柱形,圆环形,扁椭圆形,鼓形,C形,十字形等形状。其中圆柱形和圆环形支撑物的应用最为广泛。例如在本申请人作为发明人的中国专利95108228.0中特别涉及到的这两种支撑物结构都存在一定的不足之处。圆柱形支撑物透明性较差,与玻璃的接触面积大,热导较大。且由于支撑物受力主要集中在边缘,中间部分既传递热量但又不主要承担压力。此外,抽真空后上下表面仍存在残余气体,无法排出。圆环形支撑物和圆柱形支撑物相比得到了进一步改进,去除了中间不主要承担应力的部分,且材料减少了,热导变小,但中间部分的残余气体无法排出,影响真空玻璃的真空度;C形支撑物在圆环形支撑物的基础上有了一个开口,虽然解决了内部残余气体的问题,但C形支撑物的制作较困难,若开口大到超过支撑物的厚度,则支撑物之间会连套在一起,给布放过程带来困难。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种真空平板玻璃支撑物的新结构,它可以弥补上述的不足。
本实用新型的真空玻璃支撑物具有的特征是:支撑物为环形/柱形,在所述支撑物的上下表面的至少之一上形成至少一个其深度不大于所述支撑物厚度的开槽。支撑物的材料选取可以是金属材料,也可以是非金属材料,例如不锈钢和其它硬度足够的金属材料或合金,也可以是陶瓷、特种玻璃等。
如此形成的本实用新型的真空玻璃支撑物的有益技术效果在于其在保持良好的支撑效果的同时实现更好的隔热和抽气的方便,并且易于制作和在真空玻璃生产过程中的该支撑物的摆放。

具体实施方式
首先应该说明,附图中虽然是以圆形为例进行本实用新型发明精神实质进行说明,但本实用新型的真空玻璃支撑物可以使用任何其它几何形状例如正多边形和椭圆形等等。本实用新型的保护范围应该有所附的权利要求来限定。
如图1中所示,其中(a)-(d)的圆环形支撑物单面槽的数量至少为2个,但实际上该槽有一个或多个也同样可以。一个圆柱形支撑物单表面开槽数量至少为1个,上下表面的槽可呈平行状,也可呈“十”字交叉状(如图1)。此外,单面也可开多个槽,各个槽呈对称分布。开槽数量不限,但上下表面一致。从理论上说,开槽越多则使得该支撑物与上下平板玻璃的接触面积越小,隔热的效果也会越好。但是开槽一定不能多到使得支撑物和上下平板玻璃出现点接触的情况,否则会产生不希望的破坏应力。
圆柱形支撑物表面可以开多个槽,开槽数量不限,只有上下表面一致,当然可以只在一个面上开槽。
圆柱形支撑物的外圈和环形支撑物的内外圈形状也可以采用各种多边形,表面开槽数量不限。
本实用新型的支撑物可采用金属材料或金属合金材料制成,例如不锈钢和其它硬度足够的金属材料或合金;也可以用非金属材料制成,例如是陶瓷、特种玻璃等。
本实用新型实现的有益的技术效果可以总结为:
首先,从受力的角度来看,圆环型的支撑物受力在边缘,且受力均匀,C型支撑物受力不均匀;其次,从传热的角度来看,圆环形支撑物材料变少了,传导的热量也变少;第三,圆环形支撑物上下表面开槽相当于有了排气通道,有利于内部气体的排出。圆柱形支撑物表面开槽也有利于表面的气体排出来。

1.一种真空玻璃支撑物,特征在于支撑体为环形或柱形,在所述支撑体的上下表面的至少之一上形成至少一个其深度不大于所述支撑体厚度的开槽。
