本实用新型涉及压铸机铝液升液装置，具体地说涉及压铸机浇口杯。
背景技术
在轮毂低压铸造工艺中，盛放在保温炉中的铝液通过吸液管、浇口杯等装置流入模具型腔中。现有技术的浇口杯采用氧化铝作为材质制作，铝液容易对氧化铝的吸液管和浇口杯产生腐蚀，不仅造成浇口杯的更换十分频繁，而且使铝液中出现夹渣现象，严重地影响产品性能。
实用新型内容
本使用新型改进的目是提供一种改进的压铸机浇口杯。
为了实现上述技术目的，本实用新型的技术方案为：浇口杯设置为双层复合结构，浇口杯内壁采用氮化硅材料，浇口杯外壁采用氧化铝材料。
所述改进的压铸机浇口杯内腔截面采用锥形结构。

如附图所示，本实用新型改进的模具浇口杯采用双层复合结构组合而成。铝液从保温炉流入吸液管，再流入浇口杯1，最后通过浇口套进入模具型腔。浇口杯1设置为双层复合结构，由内壁和外壁组成。浇口杯内壁2采用氮化硅材料，浇口杯外壁3采用氧化铝材料。所述改进的模具浇口杯内腔截面采用锥形结构。
